هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم جودة أداء الجامعات المصرية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وقامت الباحثتان بعمل دراسة استطلاعية، وعدد من المقابلات مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس، كما قامتا بتطبيق أدوات البحث (الاستبانة) على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أسوان. تكون عينة البحث من (245) عضو هيئة التدريس. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية α≤ 0.01 حول أهمية استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم جودة أداء الجامعات المصرية تبعا لمتغيرات الدرجة العلمية، والخبرة المهنية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية α≤ 0.01 حول أهمية استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم جودة أداء الجامعات المصرية تبعا لمتغير نوع الكلية لصالح الكليات العملية، على الجامعة الاهتمام بمتابعة التطورات العلمية على المستوى المحلي والعالمي، وتحقيق جودة الأداء الجامعي على مستوى إدارة الجامعة، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والطلاب، وتطوير المناهج، والبحث العلمي، وأن تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي تمثل أساس للجامعات في المستقبل وعليه فأن الجامعة مطالبة بإجراء الدراسات التي تمكنها من الاستفادة من تلك التطبيقات، وأيضا ضرورة وضع خطة لتنمية العاملين في الجامعة مهنيًا باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. The research aimed to identify the extent to which artificial intelligence applications contribute to supporting the quality of performance of Egyptian universities from the point of view of faculty members. The research used the descriptive approach. The two researchers conducted a survey and a number of interviews with faculty members. On a random sample of faculty members at Aswan University, where the research sample consisted of (245) faculty members, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there are no statistically significant α≤ 0.01 differences about the importance of using artificial intelligence applications in supporting the quality of performance of Egyptian universities according to the variables of academic degree, And the presence of statistically significant differences α ≤ 0.01 on the importance of using artificial intelligence applications in supporting the quality of performance of Egyptian universities according to the variable of college type in favor of practical colleges. the university should pay attention to following up scientific developments at the local and global levels and faculty members, students, curriculum development, scientific research, and that artificial intelligence applications represent the basis for universities in the future, and therefore the university is required to conduct studies that enable it to benefit from these applications, as well as the need to develop a plan for the professional development of university employees using artificial intelligence applications.
