استهدف البحث تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتطوير البحث العلمي بجامعة المنوفية فى ضوء مدخل الكراسي البحثية، وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف، وفي ضوء طبيعة البحث ومشكلته، اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي مرتكزا على أسلوب التحليل البيئي الرباعي(SWOT Analysis) ، والذى يعتمد على تحليل البيئة الداخلية والبيئة الخارجية للبحث العلمي بجامعة المنوفية، وتحليل الفجوة وتحديد البدائل الاستراتيجية لاختيار البديل الأنسب لطبيعة البحث. توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: 1) تعاني منظومة البحث العلمي بجامعة المنوفية على مستوى بيئتها الداخلية عدد كبير من نقاط الضعف في مقابل عدد قليل من نقاط القوة، حيث أسفرت نتائج التحليل الاستراتيجي للبيئة الداخلية عن وجود عدد كبير من نقاط الضعف المؤثرة سلبا وتعرقل مواكبة تطوير البحث العلمى بجامعة المنوفية في مقابل القليل من نقاط القوة المؤثرة إيجابا تم الإرتكاز عليها في بناء الرؤية المقترحة. 2) تعاني منظومة البحث العلمي بجامعة المنوفية على مستوى بيئتها الخارجية عدد من التهديدات مقابل مجموعة من الفرص المتاحة، حيث أسفرت نتائج التحليل الاستراتيجي للبيئة الخارجية عن وجود العديد من التهديدات التى تؤثر سلبيا وتعرقل مواكبة تطوير البحث العلمي بجامعة المنوفية في مقابل القليل من الفرص المؤثرة إيجابيا تم الارتكاز عليها في بناء الرؤية المقترحة. وعلى ضوء نتائج التحليل البيئي الرباعي (SWOT)، تم إعداد الرؤية المقترحة لتطوير البحث العلمي بجامعة المنوفية في ضوء مدخل الكراسي البحثية. The current research aimed to present a proposed vision for the development of scientific research in Egyptian universities in light of the entrance of research chairs. External research for scientific research at Menoufia University, gap analysis and identification of strategic alternatives to choose the most appropriate alternative to the nature of the research. The research reached several results, the most important of which are the following: 1) The scientific research system at Menoufia University suffers at the level of its internal environment, a large number of weaknesses compared to a small number of strengths, as the results of the strategic analysis of the internal environment resulted in the presence of a large number of weaknesses that negatively affect and impede keeping pace with the development of scientific research at Menoufia University in exchange for few Among the strengths that have a positive impact, they were based on in building the proposed vision. 2) The scientific research system at Menoufia University suffers at the level of its external environment, a number of threats against a set of available opportunities, as the results of the strategic analysis of the external environment resulted in the presence of many threats that negatively affect and impede keeping pace with the development of scientific research at the University of Menoufia, in exchange for a few positively affecting opportunities. Relying on it in building the proposed vision. In light of the results of the field study, the proposed vision for the development of scientific research at Menoufia University was prepared in light of the entrance to the research chairs.
