هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الصراع التنظيمي لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة المنوفية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمديرين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة تضمنت استراتيجية (التعاون)، وبعد التحقق من ثباتها وصدقها، تم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها (272) معلما ومعلمة، وعدد (73) مديرا ومديرة، لتكون إجمالي العينة (345) فردا. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسطات الحسابية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عن استراتيجية (التعاون)، ككل متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (3.30) والذي يقع في فئة الاستجابات المتوسطة وانحراف معياري (0.75)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.5=a) لتقديرات عينة الدراسة على استراتيجية التعاون تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة. تضمنت الدراسة عدة توصيات، منها: ضرورة تدريس الصراع ضمن مناهج وبرامج كليات التربية، مشاركة المعلمين في التخطيط للتعليم بهدف مواجهة الصراعات المدرسية. This study aimed to identify the reality of the organizational conflict among the principals of general secondary education schools in Menoufia Governorate from the point of view of teachers and principals. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher had designed a study that includes the strategy of cooperation. After checking its stability and honesty this sample was designed on (272) teacher and (73) head teachers this the total number of the sample is (345). The results of the study showed that the arithmetic averages of responses of the members of the study about the strategy of cooperation .the average with an arithmetic was (3,30), which falls in the category of middle responses And standard deviation (0.75), the results also showed that there were no statistically significant at the level of (a = 0.5) to estimate the study samples about the cooperation strategy according to the study variables, and the study included several recommendations: 1) The necessity of teaching conflict within the curriculum and programs of Education faculties. 2) The participation of teachers in planning education to face school conflicts.
