تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الفعالية البيداغوجية للمعلمين من خلال البرنامج التكويني الوزاري، بمراكز التكوين بكل من المدن التالية (المسيلة، سطيف، برج بوعريريج) للموسم الدراسي 2018 - 2019، وقد عالجت هذه الدراسة إشكالية جودة مخرجات البرنامج التكويني والمتمثلة في مستوى الفعالية البيداغوجية للمعلمين، والتي هي نتاج التفاعل بين الأقطاب الثلاث للمثلث الديداكتيكي (المعلم المتكون والأستاذ المكون والبرنامج التكويني)، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لأنه الأنسب للدراسة الحالية من خلال أداة الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس الفعالية البيداغوجية، عدد عباراته 112 عبارة، مقسم إلى ثلاث محاور أساسية تمثل المهارات والقدرات الشخصية والأكاديمية المهنية والاجتماعية العلائقية، طبق هذا المقياس على عينة قوامها 235 معلم ومعلمة من مجموع 520 معلم ومعلمة، حيث تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية، باستعمال جملة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة تم الحصول على النتائج التالية: 1) مستوى إكتساب المهارات والقدرات الشخصية من خلال البرنامج التكويني مرتفع. 2) مستوى اكتساب المهارات والقدرات الاكاديمية المهنية من خلال البرنامج التكويني مرتفع. 3) مستوى اكتساب المهارات والقدرات الاجتماعية العلائقية من خلال البرنامج التكويني مرتفع جدا. في ضوء هذه النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الإقتراحات تتمثل في: 1) ضرورة تحسين الفعالية البيداغوجية للمعلم بغية جودة الأداء المتوقع منه. 2) عدم الحكم على جودة مخرجات البرامج التكوينية من خلال المعلم فحسب، بل يطلب دراسة كل ما يتعلق بفعالية أداء المعلم. The study aims to find out the level of educational effectiveness of teachers through the Ministerial Training Program, Training centers in each of the following cities (Msila, Setif, Bordj Bou Arreridj) for the 2018-2019 academic season, This study addressed the problem of the quality of the training program's outputs represented in the level of educational effectiveness for teachers. Which is the product of the interaction between the three poles of the Didactic Triangle (the former teacher, the component professor and the formative program), Where we used the descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate for the current study through the study tool represented by the Pedagogical Effectiveness Scale, The number of its phrases is 112 phrases, It is divided into three main axes that represent personal, academic, professional and socio-relational skills and abilities. This scale was applied to a sample of 235 male and female teachers out of a total of 520 male and female teachers. Where the sample was randomly selected, by using a set of appropriate statistical methods, the following results were obtained: 1) The level of acquiring personal skills and abilities through the training program is high. 2) The level of acquiring professional academic skills and capabilities through the training program is high. 3) The level of acquiring skills and social relational capabilities through the training program is very high. In light of these results, the study concluded with a set of suggestions: 1) The need to improve the educational effectiveness of the teacher in order to perform the quality expected of him. 2) The teacher does not judge the quality of the outputs of the formative programs only, but rather requires studying everything related to the effectiveness of the teacher's performance.
