أجريت هذه الدراسة حول دور نظام (ل.م.د.L.M.D ؛ ليسانس Licence، ماستر Master، دكتوراه Doctorat) في جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، جامعة الملك فيصل نموذجا، وقد تناولت الدراسة جودة أداء هيئة التدريس، مدى إلمامهم بنظام L.M.D، رضاهم المهني بنظام L.M.D، وجودة مستوى الطلاب النوعي في ظل نظام L.M.D، وهدفت الدراسة لتحقيق الآتي: 1) قياس جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي لمعرفة مواطن القوة والضعف في ظل نظام L.M.D من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس؛ 2) الوقوف على الحلول التي تساعد على ترقية نظام L.M.D من أجل جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي. ولكي تحقق الدراسة نتائج ملموسة مرتبطة بواقع المشكلة قيد الدراسة، أجرى الباحثون دراسة ميدانية حول عينة الدراسة التي تم تحديها بطريقة عشوائية وعددها 30 فردا يمثلون جميع الكليات بالجامعة، والأداة المستخدمة في جمع البيانات هي (الاستبانة) التي تم تصميمها ثم تحكيمها، والأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة في تحليل بيانات الاستبانة لهذه الدراسة هي: معامل الارتباط لبيرسون، والدلالة الإحصائية، ومعايير الانحراف، والنسبة المئوية، وخلصت الدراسة بعدة نتائج منها: 1) لا توجد فروقات شاسعة بين محاور الاستبانة لذلك تم استخدام معامل بيرسون الارتباطية؛ 2) توجد علاقة ارتباط قوي تام طردي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس وجودة أدائهم وقيمته (1.0)؛ 3) توجد علاقة ارتباط قوي طردي بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومدى إلمامهم بنظام L.M.D وقيمته (0.6)؛ 4) لا تهتم الجامعة بدورات تدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس حول نظام L.M.D؛ 5) معظم طلاب الجامعة ليس لهم إلمام بنظام L.M.D. (الملخص المنشور)

This study was conducted on the role of the LMD (Licence, Master, Doctorat) system in the quality of higher education outputs from the viewpoint of faculty members, King Faisal University as a model. The LMD system, their professional satisfaction with the LMD system, and the quality of the students’ qualitative level under the LMD system, the study aimed to achieve the following: Measuring the quality of higher education outputs to know the strengths and weaknesses under the L.M.D system from the point of view of the faculty members; Finding solutions that help upgrade the L.M.D system for the quality of higher education outputs. In order for the study to achieve tangible results related to the reality of the problem under study, the researchers conducted a field study on the sample of the study that was randomly challenged and numbered 30 individuals representing all the faculties of the university. The analysis of the questionnaire data for this study are: - Pearson correlation coefficient, statistical significance, deviation criteria, percentage, the study concluded with several results, including: 1) There are no huge differences between the axes of the questionnaire, so Pearson correlation coefficient was used. 2) There is a strong, perfect, direct correlation between faculty members and the quality and value of their performance (1.0); 3) There is a strong direct correlation between faculty members and their familiarity with the L.M.D system, and its value is (0.6); 4) The university is not interested in training courses for faculty members on the L.M.D system; 5) Most university students are not familiar with the L.M.D. system.
