هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير الخبرة الميدانية في برنامج إعداد معلم اللغة الإنجليزية بجامعة المستقبل في ضوء المستجدات التربوية. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. تضمنت أدوات جمع البيانات استبيانا لتحديد أهم المستجدات التربوية بناء على آراء خبراء المناهج وطرق تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية. علاوة على ذلك، تم استخدام مجموعة التركيز لجمع البيانات النوعية من الخبراء في هذا المجال. تضمنت نتائج الدراسة وصفا للخبرة الميدانية في برنامج معلم اللغة الإنجليزية الحالي وتصورا مقترحا لتطوير الخبرة الميدانية؛ حيث تضمن هذا التصور الأهداف والمحتوى وآليات التنفيذ. كما قدمت الدراسة توصيات موجهة وإجرائية حول تطوير الخبرة الميدانية وإعداد معلم اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل عام. The study aimed to develop field experience of the English language teacher program at the university level in the light of educational contemporaries and for the scope of the study, Mustaqbal University was purposely selected as a case. The study adopted the descriptive and analytic method. Data collection tools included questionnaire to determine the most important educational contemporaries based on expert’s inputs. Further, focus groups was used to collect qualitative data from experts in the field. Findings of the study included description field experience in the current English language teacher program and a suggested proposal for developing the field experience particularly; objectives, content, and ways of implementation and mechanism. The study also provided recommendations about developing field experience in English language teacher programs. (Published abstract)
