هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي العلوم في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة من وجهة نظر معلمي ومشرفي العلوم بمنطقة الجوف. وتم تطوير أداة الدراسة وتوزيعها على أفراد الدراسة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) معلما ومشرفا لمادة العلوم في منطقة (الجوف)، وتم استخدام المنهج المسحي الوصفي لكشف احتياجات معلمي العلوم في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة. أظهرت النتائج أن الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي العلوم قد حازت على مستوى مرتفع، وأنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (ألفا = 0.05) في استجابات معلمي ومشرفي العلوم للاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي العلوم في ضوء اقتصاد المعرفة تبعا للمتغيرين (الخبرة والمؤهل). أوصت الدراسة ببناء برامج تدريب ممنهجة مبنية على الاحتياجات واقتصاد المعرفة تستهدف تنمية معلمين العلوم في المملكة العربية السعودية، وبتمكينهم من استراتيجيات التدريس والبحث العلمي وتقنية المعلومات والتنمية المهنية المستدامة. The study aimed to identify the training needs of science teachers in the light of the knowledge economy from the point of view of science teachers and supervisors in Al-Jouf. The study tool was developed and distributed to the study members, and the study sample consisted of (250) science teachers and supervisors in the Al-Jouf region. The results showed that the training needs of science teachers have attained a high level, and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (alpha = 0.05) in the responses of science teachers and supervisors to the training needs of science teachers in the light of the knowledge economy according to the two variables (experience and qualification). The study recommended building systematic training programs based on needs and the knowledge economy targeting the development of science teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and empowering them with teaching strategies, scientific research, information technology and sustainable professional development.
