هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فعالية استخدام الحقائب الإلكترونية في تنمية المهارات العملية والثقافة الغذائية لدى الطلاب. تم تطبيق البحث على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة مكونة من (60) طالبة من طالبات الصف الأول الثانوي الزراعي التابع لإدارة فاقوس التعليمية محافظة الشرقية. استخدمت الباحثة وفقا لطبيعة البحث المنهج شبة التجريبي. استخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الآتية: الاختبار التحصيلي من نوع اختيار من متعدد، وبطاقة الملاحظة مقننة لقياس الجوانب الأدائية للمهارات العملية. وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية وطلاب المجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات العملية ككل ومكوناتها الفرعية (كل على حدة) وذلك لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية وطلاب المجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار الثقافة الغذائية وذلك لصالح طلاب المجموعة التجريبية، توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين المهارات العملية والثقافة الغذائية لدى طلاب الصف الأول الثانوي الزراعي. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة تم تقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات منها: العمل على توفير محتوى تعليمي إلكتروني قائم على الحقائب الإلكترونية، في كافة التخصصات ليسير فيها المتعلم وفقا لخطوه الذاتي. الاستفادة من نتائج البحث على المستوى التطبيقي في إنشاء بيئات تعليمية إلكترونية قائمة على الحقائب الإلكترونية في التعليم الفني الزراعي. The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of the use of electronic Packages in developing practical skills and food culture and improving student performance. The research has been applied to two groups pilot and control from (60) students of First class agricultural secondary from Faqous Department of Education, Sharqia Governorate. According to the nature of the research, the researcher has used these following tools: The test is of a type of multiple selection, the note card is regulated to measure the performance aspects of practical skills. Using statistical methods, the results of the research have resulted in statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) Between the middle grades of the students of the pilot group and the students of the control group in the remote application of the practical skills note card as a whole and its sub-components for students of the pilot group. There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the middle grades of the students of the pilot group and the students of the control group in the remote application of the food culture test for the students of the pilot group. There is a statistically significant correlation at the 0.05 level between practical skills and dietary culture of first-grade agricultural secondary students in the previous results, some recommendations and proposals were made, including: Work to provide e-learning content based on e-bags, in all disciplines where the learner will follow his/her own step. Building on the results of current research at the applied level in creating e-learning environments based on e-bags in agricultural technical education. (Published abstract)
