هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على معيقات تدريس التربية المهنية في المدارس الحكومية الأردنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، إضافة إلى تحديد أثر المتغيرات: (النوع الإجتماعي، وسنوات الخبرة). ولتحليل نتائج الدراسة استخدم الباحث المعالجات الإحصائية كالمتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية، واختبار (ت)، وتحليل التباين الأحادي، وتحليل التباين المتعدد، واختبار شيفيه. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تقدير معلمي التربية المهنية حول واقع تدريس المقرر جاءت بمستوى متوسط، وأظهرت الدراسة أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تدريس مقرر التربية المهنية تعزى لمتغير النوع الإجتماعي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح من لديهم سنوات خبرة أقل من (05) سنوات وخبرتهم من (05-20) سنة. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر في أساليب تدريس مقرر التربية المهنية، وتجهيز مشاغل التربية المهنية بالشكل الأمثل. This study aimed to identify the obstacles of teaching vocational education in Jordanian public schools from the point of view of teachers, in addition to determining the effect of variables (gender, years of experience). In order to analyze the results of the study, the researcher used statistical treatments such as arithmetic mean and standard deviations, T test, mono-variance analysis, multivariate analysis, and Schiff test. The results of the study showed that the degree of appreciation of the teachers of professional education on the reality of teaching the course came at an average level. The study also showed no statistically significant differences between the average of the sample of the sample of the study on the reality of teaching vocational education course due to the gender variable and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the variable Years of experience in favor of those who have years of experience less than (05) years and their experience of (05-15) years. The study recommended the need to review the methods of teaching the curriculum of vocational education, and the processing of professional education workshops in an optimal manner.
