تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في الجمهورية اليمنية، في محافظة المهرة، تألفت عينة الدراسة من (40) معلم ومعلمة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم بناء استبيان يشمل (45) فقرة موزعة على أبعاد مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمين للأبعاد الثلاثة (بعد العمل، البعد الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، البعد الصحي). تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الاستبيان، وتطبيقه على عينة البحث، استخدم الباحث معادلة ألفا لكروباخ، ومعادلة الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي، والنسبة المئوية كوسائل إحصائية. أظهرت النتائج وجود مستوى ملاحظ للاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلمين بين المجالات الرئيسة والفرعية. وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها الاستفادة من قائمة مجالات وفقرات الاحتراق النفسي كأداة تشخيصية في التعرف على مستوى الاحتراق لدى المعلمين في قطاع التربية والتعليم، وضرورة بناء برنامج لمعالجة الاحتراق النفسي والوقاية منه في مراحل التعليم المختلفة، واقترح إجراء بحوث مماثلة للبحث الحالي للتعرف على مستوى الاحتراق النفسي الناتج من أداء المعلمين لمهنة التعليم ولمختلف الاختصاصات والمراحل الدراسية. The aim of study to be cognizant of spontaneous combustion rate for primary school's teachers in Al-Mahrah governorate Republic of Yemen. The sample of study consists of 40 school's teachers from both sexes. To achieve the research objective, a questionnaire has been conducted consist of (45) clauses distributed on the dimensions of spontaneous combustion. Health dimension to make sure about the questionnaire's validity stability and its application for study sample the research used Alfa Lechroupakh equation predominant average and percentage as statistical methods. The findings have shown remarkable rate of spontaneous combustion for primary school's teachers in both primary and secondary areas. According to the study finding, the researcher present a number of recommendations like the utilization of spontaneous combustion areas and clauses list as a diagnostic tool in recognizing of combustion level for the teachers in education sector and the need for setting up a program for tracking spontaneous combustion as well as prevention in all different stages of education and he suggests conducting researches that are similar to this research to recognize the spontaneous combustion rate that is coming out from teacher's performing in teaching of different educational levels and fields of specialization.
