يهدف البحث إلى تعرف متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المواهب في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي. واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. توصلت أهم نتائج البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات تطبيق إدارة المواهب في الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب بدولة الكويت؛ لتحقيق التميز التنظيمي، وتمثلت هذه المتطلبات في: متطلبات تشريعية وإدارية، ومتطلبات تختص بأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب، ومتطلبات علمية، ومتطلبات بشرية. The study aims to define the requirements of applying talent management in the public authority for applied education and training in the State of Kuwait to achieve organizational excellence. The researcher used the descriptive approach. The most important results of the study were determining the requirements for applying talent management in the public authority for applied education and training in the State of Kuwait to achieve organizational excellence. These requirements consisted of: legislative and administrative requirements, requirements related to faculty members at the public authority for applied education and training, scientific requirements, and human requirements.
