هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة توافر متطلبات الريادة في الجامعات الأردنية العامة في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة. واعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة للبحث، التي تم توزيعها على (249) من القادة الأكاديميين من عمداء ورؤساء الأقسام في الجامعات الأردنية العامة (الجامعة الأردنية، الجامعة الهاشمية، جامعة اليرموك، وجامعة مؤتة). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر متطلبات الريادة في الجامعات الأردنية العامة في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة كانت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة على جميع مجالات المقارنة لدرجة توافر متطلبات الريادة في الجامعات الأردنية العامة في ضوء الاتجاهات العالمية المعاصرة ذوي التخصصات (الطبية، والعلمية، والتربوية، والأدبية) من جهة، ومتوسط تقديرات ذوي التخصصات (الهندسية) من جهة ثانية، تعزى لمتغير التخصص، وذلك لصالح تقديرات ذوي التخصصات (الهندسية). أوصت الدراسة بضرورة بذل المزيد من الجهود الواعية والأنشطة الإبداعية في سبيل تطوير متطلبات الريادة في الجامعات الأردنية العامة، وضرورة وجود تعاون مشترك بين الجامعات في الخبرات العلمية والأكاديمية بهدف التطوير والتحسين المستمر في متطلبات الريادة الجامعية. The study aimed to identify the level of availability of entrepreneurship requirements in Jordanian public universities in light of contemporary global trends. The researchers used the descriptive method, and the questionnaire was applied to (249) academic leaders from the deans and heads of departments in public Jordanian universities (University of Jordan, the Hashemite University, Yarmouk University, and Mutah University). The results of the study showed that the level of availability of entrepreneurship requirements in public Jordanian universities in the light of contemporary global trends was moderate, and the results also showed that, there are statistically significant differences at the level (α= 0.05) between the estimated means of the level of availability of entrepreneurship requirements in Jordanian public universities in light of contemporary global trends in the favor for those who have engineering specialties. The study recommended that many benefited efforts and creative activities have to be taken in order to develop the requirements of entrepreneurship in public Jordanian universities, and the scientific and academic expertise cooperation between universities must be considered to improve the entrepreneurship requirements in public universities.
