هدفت الدراسة تعرف الاحتياجات التدريبية لمدراء المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر المديرين، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المسحي لملاءمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبانة وزعت على عينة تكونت من (135) مدير ومديرة من مدراء المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الاحتياجات التدريبية لمدراء المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة على نحو عام جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش تعزى إلى كل من متغير (الجنس، سنوات الخدمة)، إلا أنه تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة في درجة الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي وكانت لصالح البكالوريوس، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة خرجت بجملة من التوصيات كان أهمها توظيف الاحتياجات التدريبية في برامج التدريب أثناء الخدمة للمساهمة في رفع مستوى مدراء المدارس، وتعاون مديري المدارس مع مربي الصفوف بالأشراف على دوام الطلبة ومتابعة تحصيلهم وسلوكهم. The summary aimed at the study defines the training needs of the principals of public schools in The Province of Jerash from the point of view of the principals, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study was used to suit the nature of this study, where a questionnaire distributed to a sample formed from (135) principals and directors of public schools in The Province of Jerash was used, and the results of the study showed that the training needs of the principals of public schools in The Province of Jerash from the point of view of the sample of the study in general came to a high degree. There were also no statistically significant differences at the level of indication (0.05 ≥ α) between the average estimates of the study sample members in the degree of training needs of the principals of public schools in Jerash province attributable to both the sex variable and the years of service, but there were statistically significant differences at the level of indication (0.05 ≥ α) among the average estimates of the study sample members in the degree of training needs of government school principals in Jerash province attributable to the qualification variable. Scientific and she was in favor of the bachelor, based on the results of the study, a number of recommendations were made, the most important of which was the use of training needs in in-service training programs to contribute to raising the level of school principals, and the cooperation of school principals with classroom educators to supervise the students' permanence and follow-up their achievement and behavior.
