هدفت الدراسة إلى رصد المعيقات التي قد تواجه تقديم خدمات الانتقال لمرحلة ما بعد المدرسة للطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين وأولياء الأمور. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) معلمين و(10) أولياء أمور لطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم وتم أجراء مقابلات شخصية معهم. أظهرت النتائج أن المعيقات الأكثر شيوعا لتقديم خدمات الانتقال في دولة الكويت هي (ضيق الوقت) بنسبة مئوية بلغت (25%)، ثم حصلت الفقرة المتعلقة بـ (الوعي بأهمية هذه الخدمات لدى الطالب وولي الأمر) على نسبة مئوية بلغت (21.43%)، تلا ذلك الفقرة المتعلقة بـ (عدم تعاون الجهات المعنية) والتي حصلت على نسبة مئوية بلغت (17.86%)، أما المعيقات الأقل شيوعا فهي (المشكلات المادية، عدم التشخيص، عملية متابعة مستمرة، إنكار أولياء الأمور وجود مشكلة لدى أبنائهم) بنسبة شيوع بلغت (3.57%)، تلاه مفهوم (البيئة المناسبة، الراحة النفسية، وجود كادر مدرب لتقديم خدمات الانتقال) بنسبة شيوع بلغت (7.14%). The current study aimed to monitor the obstacles that may face the provision of after-school transition services for students with learning disabilities in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of teachers and parents. The study sample consisted of (10) teachers and (10) parents of students learning disabilities, and personal interviews were conducted with them. The results showed that the most common obstacles to providing transportation services in the State of Kuwait are: (lack of time) with a percentage of (25%), then the paragraph related to (awareness of the importance of these services among the student and guardian) reached a percentage of (21.43%). This was followed by the paragraph related to (non-cooperation of the concerned authorities), which got a percentage of (17.86%), and the least common obstacles are (financial problems, lack of diagnosis, continuous follow-up process, parents' denial that there is a problem with their children) with a prevalence rate of (3.57%), followed by the concept of (appropriate environment, psychological comfort, and the presence of a trained cadre to provide transportation services) with a prevalence rate of (7.14%).
