هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الأساسية في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وذلك للارتقاء بالمستوى الإداري لكل من المدراء والإداريين والمعلمين في مؤسسات التعليم من خلال تطوير التعليم بما يتلاءم ومستجدات العصر الحديث. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأعدت استبانة لهذا الغرض. وبلغ عدد أفراد الدراسة (60) معلم ومعلمة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الأساسية في العاصمة عمان كانت متوسطة، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند درجة الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α) في درجة تطبيق عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس الأساسية في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث. ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند درجة الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α) في درجة تطبيق عناصر إدارة الجودة الشاملة من وجهة نظرهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the elements of total quality management in basic schools in the capital, Amman, from the point of view of teachers, in order to raise the administrative level of directors, administrators and teachers in educational institutions through the development of education in line with the developments of the modern era. To achieve the objectives of this study, the descriptive analytical method was followed, and a questionnaire was prepared for this purpose. The number of study members was (60) male and female teachers. The study found that the degree of application of the elements of total quality management in basic schools in the capital Amman was medium, and there are statistically significant differences at the degree of significance (a ≤ 0.05) in the degree of application of elements of total quality management in basic schools in the capital Amman from the point of view of the teachers' view is due to the variable of gender and in favor of females. There are no statistically significant differences at the degree of significance (a ≤ 0.05) in the degree of application of the elements of total quality management from their point of view due to the educational qualification variable.
