تهدف الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على "مدى انسجام الطلبة اللاجئين السوريين في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية من وجهة نظر معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى". تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية تكونت من (200) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى، في المدارس التابعة لمديرية البادية الشمالية الشرقية. وتم التحقق من الصدق والثبات من خلال طريقة الاختبار وإعادة الاختبار (Tast-Retast). تم استخدام معامل الثبات بطريقة الاتساق الداخلي حسب معادلة كرونباخ ألفا وثبات الإعادة للمعادلات والأداة ككل واعتبرت هذه القيم ملائمة لغايات الدراسة. وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2021-2022، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أن المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لمدى انسجام الطلبة اللاجئين السوريين في مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية من وجهة نظر معلمي الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى وقد تراوحت ما بين (3.24-2.89) حيث جاء مجال الأنظمة والقوانين في الدراسة في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.24) بينما جاء مجال الطلبة الأردنيين في المرتبة الأخيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.89). وكشفت نتائج الدراسة كذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05=α) وتعزى لأثر الجنس في مجالات المعلم، والمناهج، والأنظمة والقوانين وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث. وكذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05=α) وتعزى لأثر الخبرة في جميع المجالات. This study aims to shed light on the “harmony extent between Syrian refugee students in the schools of the northeastern Badia from the point of view of teachers of the first three grades”. The study sample was randomly selected and consisted of (200) male and female teachers from the teachers of the first three grades, in the schools affiliated to the Directorate of Northeastern Badia. Validity and reliability were verified by the Test-Retast method. The stability coefficient was used by the internal consistency method according to Cronbach's Alpha Equation, the repetition stability of the equations and the tool as a whole, and these values were considered appropriate for the purposes of the study. The study tool was applied in the first semester of the academic year 2022-2020, and after data collection and statistical analysis, it was concluded that the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of the degree of harmony of Syrian refugee students in the schools of the northeastern Badia from the point of view of teachers of the first three grades ranged between (3.24-2.89) Where the field of regulations and laws in the study ranked first with the highest arithmetic average of (2.24), while the field of Jordanian students ranked last with an average of (2.89). The results of the study also revealed that there were statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of gender in the areas of the teacher, curricula, regulations and laws, and the differences came in favor of females. As well as the absence of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the effect of experience in all areas. (Published abstract)
