هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على جودة حياة العمل وعلاقتها بالاستغراق الوظيفي والسلوك الإبداعي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى والتعرف على مستوى جودة حياة العمل والاستغراق الوظيفي والسلوك الإبداعي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى. ومعرفة ما إذا ما كان مستوى جودة حياة العمل والاستغراق الوظيفي والسلوك الإبداعي يختلف تبعا لمتغير النوع (ذكور - إناث). تكونت عينة الدراسة من (96) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS من خلال حساب المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط والانحدار الخطي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أهمها: وجود مستويات متباينة من جودة حياة العمل والاستغراق الوظيفي والسلوك الإبداعي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى، ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد جودة حياة العمل وأبعاد الاستغراق الوظيفي والسلوك الإبداعي، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب الذكور والإناث على أبعاد جودة حياة العمل والاستغراق الوظيفي لصالح الذكور بينما لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات أفراد العينة في السلوك الإبداعي، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لجودة حياة العمل على الاستغراق الوظيفي والسلوك الإبداعي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة أم القرى. The study aimed to identify the quality of work life and its relationship to job engagement and creative behavior of Umm Al-Qura University faculty members, and to identify the level of quality of work life, job involvement and creative behavior among faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University. And to find out whether the level of quality of work life, job involvement and creative behavior differs according to the gender variable (males - females), and the study sample consisted of (96) faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University, and the data were processed statistically using the SPSS program by calculating averages and standard deviations. And the correlation coefficients and linear regression, and the study reached several results, the most important of which were: the presence of varying levels of quality of work life, job involvement and creative behavior among faculty members at Umm Al-Qura University, and the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of work life quality and dimensions of job involvement and creative behavior, and the presence of Statistically significant differences between the average scores of male and female students on the dimensions of work life quality and job engagement in favor of males, while there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members in creative behavior, and there was a statistically significant effect of the quality of work life on job engagement and creative behavior among members the teaching staff at Umm Al-Qura University.
