هدفت الدراسة للتعرف إلى واقع استخدام مدراء المدارس للمستحدثات التكنولوجية من وجهة نظرهم في لواء المفرق. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) مديرا ومديرة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتم التحقق من صدق المحتوى لأداة الدراسة من خلال عرضها بصورتها الأولية على عدد من المحكمين ذوي الخبرة والكفاءة المتخصصين في الجامعات الأردنية، والتحقق من ثبات الأداة من خلال حساب معادلة كرونباخ ألفا .وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع استخدام مدراء المدارس للمستحدثات التكنولوجية من وجهة نظرهم في لواء المفرق جاء بدرجة متوسطة، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس وأشارت النتائج أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الخبرة، وأشارت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي ولصالح الدكتوراة. The study aimed to identify the reality of school principals' use of technological innovations from their point of view in the Mafraq District. The analytical descriptive approach was used. The study sample consisted of (350) male and female principals, who were chosen randomly. The validity of the content of the study tool was verified by presenting it in its initial form to a number of arbitrators with experience and competence specialized in Jordanian universities, and verifying the stability of the tool by calculating the Cronbach alpha equation. The results of the study concluded that the reality of the use of technological innovations by school principals from their point of view in the Mafraq District came to a medium degree, and the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender. There are statistically significant differences due to the impact of the academic qualification and in favor of the PhD. (Published abstract)
