هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أثر تصميم بيئة تعلم إلكترونية قائمة على تصميم الأنشطة التعليمية في تنمية مهارات معلمات الحاسب الآلي في تعزيز المواطنة الرقمية الخاصة بـ (التعليم، والاحترام، والحماية)، تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي، بتصميم المجموعة الواحدة، وقد صمم لذلك بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء، وبيئة تعلم إلكترونية على شبكة العنكبوتية. تكونت عينة البحث من (22) معلمة من معلمات الحاسب الآلي بحوطة بني تميم والحريق بمنطقة الرياض، وبعد تطبيق أداة البحث قبليا وبعديا، ومعالجة البيانات إحصائيا، واستخدام اختبار "ت" للمجموعات المترابطة، خرج البحث بمجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي الإلكتروني المقترح في تنمية مهارات معلمات الحاسب الآلي لتصميم الأنشطة التعليمية المعززة لعناصر المواطنة الرقمية، حيث بلغ حجم الأثر (0.96)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسط درجات معلمات الحاسب الآلي في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات تصميم الأنشطة التعليمية المعزِّزة لعناصر المواطنة الرقمية لصالح التطبيق البعدي للدرجة الكلية لبطاقة الملاحظة والمهارات الرئيسة (التعليم، الاحترام، الحماية). وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة أوصت الباحثة بتطبيق النموذج التدريبي الإلكتروني المقترح لتنمية مهارات معلمات الحاسب الآلي في تصميم الأنشطة التعليمية لتعزيز المواطنة الرقمية على عينات أخرى من المعلمات في تخصصات مختلفة. The research aimed to reveal the effect of designing an e-learning environment based on the design of educational activities in developing the skills of computer teachers in promoting digital citizenship related to (education, respect, and protection). performance, and an electronic learning environment on the Web, and the research sample consisted of (22) computer parameters in Hotat Bani Tamim and Al-Hariq in Riyadh, and after applying the research tool before and after, processing the data statistically, and using the "T" test for correlated groups, the research came out With a set of results, the most important of which are: the effectiveness of the proposed electronic training program in developing the skills of computer teachers to design educational activities that enhance the elements of digital citizenship, as the effect size was (0.96), and there were statistically significant differences at the level (α≤0.05) between the average scores of computer teachers. In the pre and post applications of the observation card skills design of educational activities that enhance the elements of digital citizenship in favor of the post application of the total score of the observation card and the main skills (education, to respect, protect). In light of the previous results, the researcher recommended applying the proposed electronic training model to develop the skills of computer teachers in designing educational activities to enhance digital citizenship on other samples of female teachers in different disciplines.
