هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور القيادة المدرسية في تنمية الإبداع لدى معلمي ومعلمات مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء بني كنانة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الأساسية والثانوية التابعة للواء بني كنانة، والبالغ عددهم (2560) معلما ومعلمة خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي (2019- 2020). اختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي وبنسبة (30%)، حيث بلغ عددها (768) معلما ومعلمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام استبانة مكونة من (53) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، هي: (العملية التدريسية، والعلاقات الإنسانية، وتحسين وتطوير البيئة المدرسية، والتفكير والتعبير والحوار والمناقشة). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور القيادة المدرسية في تنمية الإبداع لدى معلمي ومعلمات مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء بني كنانة جاء بدرجة كبيرة وفي جميع مجالات الدراسة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي وجاءت لصالح (الإناث)، وكذلك تعزى إلى متغير سنوات الخبرة وجاءت لصالح فئة سنوات (6-10) سنوات و(11 سنة فأكثر). The current study aimed to identify the role of school leadership in developing creativity among the teachers of the schools of Bani Kenana district. The study population consisted of all male and female primary and secondary school teachers affiliated with the Bani Kenana district, whose number is (2560) male and female teachers during the second semester of the academic year (2019/2020). The study sample was chosen by stratified random method from the original study population at a percentage of (30%), as its number was (768) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (53) paragraphs was used, distributed over four areas: (the teaching process, human relations, improving and developing the school environment, thinking, expression, dialogue and discussion). The results of the study showed that the role of school leadership in developing creativity among the teachers of the schools of Bani Kenana district was significant in all fields and there were statistically significant differences attributed to the gender variable Which came in favor of (female), as well as to the variable of years of experience. Which came in favor of the years group (6-10) years and (11 years and over). (Published abstract)
