هدفت الدراسة التعرف على درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية بكليات جامعة شقراء بمحافظة الدوادمي للقيادة الموزعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية (نوع الكلية، الدرجة العلمية، عدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل الجامعي). استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستعانت باستبانة لقياس درجة الممارسة موزعة على أربعة محاور تم تطبيقها على عينة ممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة وهم أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة. أظهرت النتائج أن ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للقيادة الموزعة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين متوسطات تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس لدرجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية للقيادة الموزعة تعزي لمتغير نوع الكلية (طبي/ علمي/ أدبي)، بينما أظهرت فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي لمتغير الدرجة العلمية لصالح رتبة أستاذ، أيضا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة في العمل الجامعي لصالح ذوي الخبرة 10 سنوات فأكثر. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على نشر ثقافة القيادة الموزعة في كليات الجامعة، وتدريب القيادات الأكاديمية بالجامعة على مهارات القيادة الموزعة، وتطوير السياسات التعليمية للجامعة بما يعزز تطبيقها. The study aimed to reveal the degree of practice of distributed leadership by the heads of academic departments in the faculties of Shaqra University in Dawadmi governorate from the point of view of the faculty members and its relationship to some demographic variables (college type, degree, number of years of experience in university work), and to achieve this goal, the study used the descriptive analytical approach. And it used a questionnaire to measure the degree of practice, distributed into (4) axes that were applied to a representative sample of the study community, some of the university’s faculty members. The results showed that the practice of the heads of the academic departments of distributed leadership from the viewpoint of the faculty members is achieved to a medium degree. (medical/scientific/literary). The study showed statistically significant differences due to the academic degree variable in favor of the rank of professor. Also, there are statistically significant differences due to the variable number of years of experience in university work in favor of those with experience of 10 years or more. The university’s academic leaders focus on distributed leadership skills, and develop the university’s educational policies to enhance their application. (Published abstract)
