هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على اتجاهات معلمات العلوم في مركز التربية والتعلىم بالحرس الوطني نحو استخدام مشاريع الوحدة ونواحي ومعيقات استخدامها؛ ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على التصميم المختلط، حيث قامت الباحثة ببناء استبانة تكونت من (34) فقرة موزّعة على ثلاثة محاور تستجيب إلىها المعلمات وفقاً لمقياس خماسي التدرج، ومقابلةٍ شبة مقنّنة تكوّنت من (9) أسئلة، وبعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة طبقت الأداة على عينة البحث التي شملت (15) معلمة يمثِّلن جميع معلمات العلوم للمرحلة المتوسطة في مركز التربية والتعلىم بالحرس الوطني، وتمّ جمع البيانات ومعالجتها إحصائياً. وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن جملة من النتائج؛ أهمها: أن اتجاهات معلمات العلوم نحو استخدام مشاريع الوحدة كانت إيجابية؛ إذ تفاوتت ما بين كبيرة وكبيرة جداً، وتنوعت نواحي استخدام المعلمات لمشاريع الوحدة ولكن بمستوى استخدام متوسط؛ ويعود ذلك لعدد من المعيقات التي اتفقت علىها المعلمات، وكان أبرزها: ضعف مهارات الطالبات التي يتطلبها تنفيذ المشاريع، وضيق الوقت، والتكلفة المادية، وعدم ارتباط بعض المشاريع في الدروس، وقد قدّمت المعلمات عددًا من المقترحات منها: تدريب المعلمات والطالبات على استخدام مشاريع الوحدة والمهارات المستخدمة لتنفيذها، توفير دليل إرشادي لمشاريع الوحدة يرتبط بموقع إلكتروني يدعم وجود بدائل للمشاريع، وتخفيف الأعباء الوظيفية، وتم تقديم عدد من التوصيات. The aim of this research is to identify the attitudes of the female science teachers at the National Guard Education and Education Center towards the use of the unit projects and the areas and constraints of their use. To achieve this objective, the descriptive analytical method based on mixed design was used. Therefor the researcher constructed a questionnaire consisting of 34 section distributed on three axes in which the teachers responded according to a five-dimensional scale, and a quasi-codified interview consisting of nine questions. After confirming the validity and reliability of the tool, the tool was applied to the research sample, which included 15 teachers representing all the science teachers of the middle stage at the National Guard Education and Education Center. And the data was the search results resulted in several outcome, the most important are: The trends of science teachers towards the use of unit projects were positive, as they varied between large and very large, and the female teachers varied the aspects of their use of unit projects, but it was the average level of use. The teachers agreed upon a number of obstacles, the most prominent of which is the weakness of the skills of the students required by the implementation of projects and the time constraints and the cost of material and the lack of correction and some projects were not related to the lessons. The teachers provided a number of suggestions, including training teachers to use the unit projects and the skills used to implement them, An indicative guide was provided to the project of the unit linked to the website and supports the existence of alternatives to projects, reduce the work load and a number of recommendations were made.
