هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لدور المدخل المنظومى فى إعداد معلم التعليم العام بمصر. وسعى التصور المقترح إلى تحقيق ما يلى: 1) التعرف على الأدوار المطلوبة من المعلمين فى ظل النظام العالمى الجديد إلى مقدار أكبر من المعرفة. 2) مساعدة المعلمين على تأدية مهامهم التعليمية على وجه أفضل، وعلى استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجيا التعليمية الحديثة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات. ولتحقيق أهداف التصور المقترح وضع الباحث مجموعة من الإجراءات وهى كما يلى: 1) وضع دستور أخلاقى نابع من أفراد المجتمع المدرسى يقوم على احترام السلطة المدرسية، والالتزام لقواعد النظام فيها. 2) تطبيق المحاسبية كأسلوب تقييم ومسألة لأداء المعلم فى العملية التعليمية، وذلك من أجل متابعة أداء المدارس وتحقيق الانضباط التعليمى. 3) استخدام المعلم لنظريات علم النفس المعرفى الذى يعتمد على المدخل المنظومى بشكل أساسى، وذلك ليكون المتعلم معالجاً نشطاً للمعلومات. 4) تعيين خريجى كليات التربية المعدين تربويا ومهنيا فى المقام الأول والالتفات لخريجى الكليات الأخرى بإعدادهم مهنيا وتربوياَ. 5) إعداد دورات تدريبية على مستوى عال من الكفاءة تحت إشراف تربوى من للتنمية المهنية بأكاديمية المعلم. 6) عقد ندوات ومؤتمرات تحت إشراف وزارة التربية والتعليم تناقش فيها المعوقات والتهديدات التى تواجه المعلم داخل المؤسسة التعليمية وكيفية التغلب عليها. 7) استخدام خبرات بعض الدول المتميزة والمتطورة تعليميًا، والإفادة من برامج إعداد المعلم المستخدمة فى الدول الأجنبية. 8) المتابعة والتقييم للمعلمين ولأدائهم المهنى أولاً بأول من خلال لجنة متابعة وتقييم يرأسها وكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم وتتضمن مديرى إدارات التربية والتعليم وأعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية. 9) عقد دورات تدريبية لتعليم المعلمين كيفية استخدام المدخل المنظومى فى التعليم والتعلم. 10) توفر إمكانية لتطوير برامج التعليم عن بعد للتدريب والتأهيل أثناء الخدمة. 11) تنمية قدرة المعلم على التفكير المنظومى الإبداعى وهنا تحدث التنمية البشرية. 12) حل مشكلات النظام التعليمى باستخدام المدخل المنظومى باعتباره منظومة متكاملة تعمل على رفع كفاءة وتطوير العملية التعليمية بصورة منظومية شاملة. The study aimed at developing a proposed vision for the role of the systematic approach in preparing the general education teacher in Egypt. The proposed vision seek to: Identify the roles required from teachers in the light of the new world in a way that needs much knowledge. assist teachers to do their educational tasks in a better way and to use the means of modern educational technology and information technology. To fulfill the objectives of the proposed vision, the researcher proposed a set of procedures which are represented in the following: 1) The establishment of a moral constitution which originates from the members of the school community and that is based on respect for school authority and commitment to the rules of the system. 2) Applying accountability as a method of evaluation and accounting of the teacher performance in the educational process in order to follow the performance of schools and achieve educational discipline. 3) The teacher’s use of theories of cognitive psychology on which the systematic approach mainly depends to make the learner an active processor of information. 4) Appointment of faculties of education graduates who are professionally qualified at the first place and paying attention to the graduates of the other colleges by preparing them professionally and educationally. 5) Preparation of training courses at a high level of competence under educational supervision of the professional academy of teachers. 6) Holding seminars and conferences under the supervision of the Ministry of Education to discuss the obstacles and threats facing the teacher within the educational institution and how to overcome them. 7) Offering the potentials to develop distant learning programs for in-service training and qualification. 8) Developing the teacher’s ability to think creatively and here human development occurs. 9) Solving the problems of the educational system using the systematic approach as an integrated composition that works to raise the efficiency of the educational process and developing it in a systematic way.
