هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات التى تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالأكاديميات والمعاهد الخاصة المصرية أثناء قيامهم بمهامهم التدريسية مع الطلاب من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق الأهداف استخدمت الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفى التحليلى حتى تحقق أهدافها وتجيب عن تساؤلاتها. كما صممت الباحثة استبانة مؤلفة من (29) عبارة موزعة على (5) فى صورة متدرجة وفقاً لمقياس ليكرت الثلاثى (كبيرة - متوسطة - ضعيفة)، وتم توزيعها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والتى بلغ عددها (66). وأهم نتائج الدراسة ما يلى: تدنى المستوى العلمى للطلاب وضعف حماسهم للعملية التعليمية، ارتفاع نسب الغياب للطلاب بسبب عمل البعض أو الاستهتار بالتعليم، ضعف تقدير الطالب لمسؤوليته التعليمية وانشعاله أثناء المحاضرات، رغبة الطلاب فى الاعتماد على ملخصات لاتجاه الطلاب نحو الإطلاع على مادة علمية سهلة المنال بعيداَ عن تعقيدات الكتاب، قلة فهم الطالب لقدسية الامتحان، ورغبة الطالب فى الحديث مع الزملاء لتبادل المعلومات الخاصة بالمادة العلمية، سوء تقدير الطالب لإجابته على أسئلة الامتحانات نتيجة الفهم الخاطئ لطبيعة الأسئلة. To achieve the objectives of the study used the study a descriptive analytical approach (methods) was used to achieve the objectives and answer its questions. The researcher also designed a questionnaire consisting of 29 distributed over 5 in a graduated image according to the scale of Lycert triangular (large- medium- weak) and distributed to a sample of 66 faculty members. The results of the study are (as follow): The low academic level of students and the weakness of enthusiasm for the educational process, high rates of absenteeism for students because of the work of some or disregard for education, the weakness of the student’s assessment of educational responsibility and his feelings during the lectures, the desire of students to rely on summaries believing that it is an easy access to scientific material reachable away from the complexities of the book, The student’s desire to speak with colleagues to exchange information about the material, the student's misjudgment of their answer to the exam questions due to a misunderstanding of the nature of the questions.
