هدف البحث الحالى إلى: تعرف مهارات التفكير الإبداعى والناقد المستهدف تنميتها لطالبات السنة الرابعة بقسم تكنولوجيا التعليم كلية التربية الأساسية دولة الكويت، وتحديد المستويات المعيارية الواجب توافرها فى تصميم البرنامج الإلكترونى القائم على استخدام تقنيات الجيل الثالث من الويب (Web 3.0)، وتصميم وبناء نموذج تصميم تعليمى لإنتاج برنامج إلكترونى قائم على استخدام تقنيات الجيل الثالث من الويب (Web 3.0)، واستخدم البحث الحالى المنهجين التاليين: المنهج الوصفى والمنهج شبه التجريبى. واستخدم الباحث الأدوات التالية: نموذج برنامج إلكترونى مقترح قائم على استخدام تقنيات الجيل الثالث من الويب (Web 3.0) لمقرر مشروع التخرج (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس مهارات التفكير الإبداعى لدى طالبات قسم تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية الأساسية دولة الكويت (إعداد الباحث)، ومقياس مهارات التفكير الناقد لدى طالبات قسم تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية الأساسية دولة الكويت (إعداد الباحث) وتوصلت النتائج إلى فاعلية استخدام بعض تقنيات الجيل الثالث من الويب (Web 3.0) فى تنمية التفكير الإبداعى والتفكير الناقد لدى طالبات كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت. The goal of current research to: Know the Skills of creative thinking and critic target their fourth year students in the Department of Educational Technology at College of Basic Education, the State of Kuwait, and normative levels required in the design of electronic program based on the use of techniques for the third generation of the web (Web 3.0), and the design and construction of an educational design model to produce an electronic program based on the use of techniques for the third generation of the web (Web 3.0) and use the current research approaches: descriptive approach and methodology of the pilot, the researcher used the following tools: a model of an electronic program a proposal based on the use of techniques for the third generation of the web (Web3.0) the decision of the graduation project (preparation of the researcher), a measure of creative thinking skills to the students department of technology education at the College of Basic Education, the State of Kuwait (preparation of the researcher), a measure of critical thinking skills to students department of technology education at the Faculty of Education of the state of Kuwait (preparation of the researcher) and reached the results to the effectiveness of the use of some techniques and the third generation of the web (Web 3.0) in the development of creative thinking, critical thinking to students The College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait.
