هدف البحث التعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي للمشرفين التربويين الجدد في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية من وجهة نظرهم، بالإضافة للتعرف إلى الفروق بين استجابات المشرفين التربويين الجدد في وزارة التربية والتعليم حول درجة فاعلية برامج التدريب تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس والتخصص الأكاديمي. أثر البرنامج التدريبي للمشرفين الجدد في ممارسة دورهم في وزارة التربية والتعليم في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ويعد من الأبحاث التي تهتم بتنمية المهارات الإشرافية التي تساعد المشرف على تقديم الدعم والإسناد في التعليم في ظل توجهات ورؤية وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) مشرف ومشرفة ممن تم تعيينهم في إقليم الوسط خلال الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 2021-2022، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لقياس فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي للمشرفين الجدد مكونة من أربعة مجالات هي: (التطوير الذاتي، إدارة المعرفة، الدعم الفني، المشاركة المجتمعية). وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) لدرجة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي للمشرفين التربويين الجدد تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال (الدعم الفني) لصالح الإناث. كما أظهرت النتائج أيضا في كافة المجالات؛ وقد تعزى هذه النتيجة إلى ما يتلقاه المشرفون الجدد من الإعداد والتدريب عند تعينهم بالإشراف بغض النظر عن تخصصاتهم العلمية، وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) بين البرنامج التدريبي للمشرفين التربويين الجدد وممارسة دور الإشراف التربوي، كذلك وجود علاقات بين المجالات بعضها ببعض. وقد تعزى هذه النتيجة؛ إلى أن البرنامج التدريبي المقدم للمشرفين الجدد قائم على حاجاتهم. ومن أهم التوصيات توضيح مهام الإشراف التربوي للمشرفين التربويين الجدد على جميع المستويات التي تمكنه من القيام بدوره على أكمل وجه. The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the training program for new educational supervisors in the Jordanian Ministry of Education from their point of view, in addition to identify the differences between the responses of new educational supervisors in the Ministry of Education about the degree of effectiveness of training program according to the variables of gender and academic specialization. The impact of the training program for new educational supervisors on exercising their role in the Ministry of Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. A sample of (30) educational supervisors who were appointed in the central region during the second semester of the academic year 2021/2022 were randomly selected to achieve the goal of the study, the questionnaire was developed by the principal investigator. The study was conducted using a descriptive design. Results showed statistically significant differences at the p value (α≤ 0.05) for the degree of effectiveness of the training program for the new educational supervisors due to the gender variable, as well as in the field of (Technical Support) toward females. The results also showed in all fields; this result may be attributed to the preparation and training that new supervisors whom receive when they are appointed to supervise, regardless of their scientific specializations. The results indicated that there was a positive correlation at the level (α≤0.05) between the training program for the new educational supervisors and the exercise of the role of educational supervision, as well as the existence of relationships between the fields with each other. This is to the training program offered to new supervisors is based on their needs. One of the most important recommendations is to clarify the tasks of educational supervision for new educational supervisors at all levels that will enable them to carry out their role to the fullest.
