هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية القيادة التحويلية في لواء القصر من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلم ومعلمة معلمي المدارس الحكومية في لواء القصر، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم التحقق من صدق الاتساق الداخلي من خلال استخراج معاملات الارتباط بين الفقرة والبعد وبين البعد والدرجة الكلية على عينة استطلاعية من مجتمع الدراسة ومن خارج عينتها تكونت من (15) معلما ومعلمة، وتم التحقق من ثبات الأداة بطريقتين هما: التجزئة النصفية، والاتساق الداخلي من خلال معامل ألفا كرونباخ. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية للقيادة التحويلية في لواء القصر جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا لدرجة ممارسة المدراء للقيادة التحويلية يعزى لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي وللمؤهل العلمي ولسنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to identify the degree to which government school principals practice transformational leadership in Al-Qasr District from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study sample consisted of (300) public school teachers in Al-Qasr District. The internal consistency by extracting the correlation coefficients between the paragraph and the dimension and between the dimension and the total score on an exploratory sample from the study community and from outside its sample that consisted of (15) male and female teachers. The results of the study concluded that the degree of transformational leadership practiced by government school principals in Al-Qasr District was high, and indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of principals’ practice of transformational leadership due to gender variables, academic qualifications and years of experience.
