هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة امتلاك معلمي المرحلة الثانوية للكفايات التدريسية وعلاقتها بالمستحدثات التكنولوجية بمحافظة عمان، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (350) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة عمان، وأتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الوزن النسبي لمحور الكفايات التدريسية بلغ (69%) مرتفع، بينما بلغ الوزن النسبي لمحور المستحدثات التكنولوجية بلغ (68.8%) بمستوى مرتفع. أسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) بين الكفايات التدريسية والمستحدثات التكنولوجية، ولا توجد فروق بين متوسطات استجابة المبحوثين حول الكفايات التدريسية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة عمان تبعا لمتغير النوع، ما عدا بعد كفايات التخطيط توجد فروق لصالح الذكور، ولا توجد فروق بين متوسطات استجابة المبحوثين حول المستحدثات التكنولوجية لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة عمان تبعا لمتغير النوع. The study aimed to reveal the degree of possession of teaching competencies by secondary school teachers and their relationship to technological innovations in the Governorate of Amman. The study sample consisted of (350) male and female secondary school teachers in the Governorate of Amman (69%) is high, while the relative weight of the axis of technological innovations reached (68.8%) at a high level, and the results resulted in a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between teaching competencies and technological innovations, and there are no differences between the response averages of respondents about competencies teaching among secondary school teachers in Amman governorate according to the gender variable, except for the planning competencies dimension. There are differences in favor of males, and there are no differences between the response averages of respondents about technological innovations among secondary school teachers in Amman governorate according to the gender variable.
