هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين من وجهة نظر القيادات التربوية، وفقا للمجالات التالية: (الالتزام الشعوري، الالتزام المعياري، الالتزام المستمر، بيئة العمل). كما هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول واقع الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين، تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، التخصص). استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والمنهج النوعي، حيث تم تطوير وبناء استبانة مكونة من (46) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات لقياس واقع الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين، وتم وضع سؤال مفتوح (Structured) لعينة الدراسة يتضمن الكشف عن أهم العوامل التي من الممكن أن تؤثر في مستوى الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين. تم التأكد من صدق أداة الدراسة وثباتها. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (113) قائدا تربويا، والمزاولين لعملهم خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 1435/1436ه، وقد طبقت الدراسة على كامل المجتمع، وذلك بعد استثناء العينة الاستطلاعية والبالغ عددها (10) من القادة التربويون. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع الالتزام التنظيمي لدى الموظفين الإداريين من وجهة نظر القادة التربويين كان بدرجة (متوسطة). حصل المجال (بيئة العمل) على المرتبة الأولى، ثم جاء المجال (الالتزام المستمر) بالمرتبة الثانية، وجاء في المرتبة الثالثة مجال (الالتزام الشعوري)، وجاء في المرتبة الأخيرة مجال (الالتزام المعياري). The study aimed to identify the status of organizational commitment of administrative staff in Directorates of Education at Makkah Al-Mukarramah perceived by educational leaders, according to the following domains: (emotional commitment, normative commitment, continuous commitment, work environment). The study also aimed to detect if there are any statistically significant differences on the status of organizational commitment of administrative staff, due to the variables (qualification, years of experience, Specialization). The researcher used the descriptive survey, and the Qualitative approach. The researcher prepared and developed a questionnaire consisted of a tool, focused on measuring the status of organizational commitment of administrative staff, and consisted of (46) items, distributed in four domains. Also, an open-ended question (Structured) was put to detect the most important factors that could affect the organizational commitment. Validity and reliability coefficient were ensured for the tool. The study sample consisted of educational leaders at Makkah Al Mukarramah, practicing their work at the academic year 1435-1436 AH, and were numbered (113) leader. The study has been applied on the entire population, after a pilot study was drown out from the population. The findings of the study were the degree of status of organizational commitment among administrative staff showed a (medium) rate. The domain (work environment) came first, then the domain (continuous commitment) came second, then the domain (emotional commitment) came third, then the domain (normative commitment) came last.
