هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف واقع تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة على التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الأردنية استنادا إلى معايير ضمان الجودة العالمية، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من مسؤولي ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الأردنية، والبالغ عددهم (750) فردا، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية وتكونت من (248) من مسؤولي ضمان الجودة في الجامعات الأردنية. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما تم استخدام استبانة لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة على التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الأردنية استنادا إلى معايير ضمان الجودة العالمية جاء بدرجة متوسطة، حيث تصدر المجال الأول (القيادة والتنظيم الإداري) المرتبة الأولى، وجاء في المرتبة الثانية المجال الثاني (الموارد البشرية والمادية وأعضاء هيئة التدريس)، وجاء في المرتبة الثالثة المجال الرابع (محتوى وتصميم المقرر الإلكتروني)، وجاء في المرتبة الرابعة المجال السادس (البنية التحتية والسلامة العامة)، وجاء في المرتبة الخامسة المجال الخامس (التقويم)، وجاء في المرتبة السادسة المجال الثالث (خدمة الطلبة). وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، يوصي الباحث باستخدام معايير ضمان الجودة على التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعات الأردنية استنادا إلى معايير ضمان الجودة العالمية حيث أن تحقيق الجودة في التعليم مسألة ضرورية وملحة، ومن ثم فإن وجود معايير ومؤشرات لجودة التعليم الإلكتروني ضرورة ملحة وحتمية لكل الأطراف المنضمين في مجتمع التعليم الإلكتروني، وأيضا يجب زيادة وعي مسؤولي ضمان الجودة لمعايير الجودة والعمل به. The study aimed to know the reality of applying quality assurance standards to e-education in Jordanian universities based on international quality assurance standards, and the study community may be from the quality assurance officials in Jordanian universities, 750 individuals, and the sample of the study was selected in a random manner and consisted of (248) quality assurance officials in Jordanian universities, and the researcher used the survey descriptive curriculum, and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The study found that the reality of applying quality assurance standards to e-education in Jordanian universities based on the standards of global quality assurance came with an average degree, where the first field (leadership and management) ranked first, came second field second (human resources, material and faculty), came in third place fourth field (content and design of the electronic course), came in fourth place field 6th (infrastructure and public safety), and came in fifth place field Fifth (calendar), ranked sixth in the third field (student service). In light of the study's findings, the researcher recommends using quality assurance standards on e-learning in Jordanian universities based on international quality assurance standards as achieving quality in education is necessary and urgent, so the existence of standards and indicators of the quality of e-learning is an urgent and imperative necessity for all parties joining the e-learning community, and also must increase the awareness of quality assurance officials for quality standards and work.
