هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في تنمية مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال في مدينة الرياض وسبل تفعيله من وجهة نظر مشرفات رياض الأطفال، واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مشرفات مدارس رياض الأطفال الحكومية بمدينة الرياض والبالغ عددهن (57) مشرفة وتم التطبيق على كامل مجتمع الدراسة، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة أداة للدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة استجابة "كبيرة" على دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في تنمية مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال في مدينة الرياض بمتوسط حسابي (2.68، من 3)، وتمثلت أبرز الأدوار في: "تنمي المعلمة لدى الأطفال طاعة أولياء أمورهم - تنمي المعلمة روح النظام والالتزام بالقوانين بين الأطفال - تنشر المعلمة مبدأ التسامح بين الأطفال. 2) موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة استجابة "متوسطة" على المعوقات التي تحد من دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في تنمية مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال في مدينة الرياض بمتوسط حسابي (2.25، من 3)، وتمثلت أبرز المعوقات في: "كثرة الأعباء التدريسية لدى المعلمات - ضعف الحوافز المادية المقدمة من قبل إدارة الروضة للمعلمات المتميزات في تنفيذ الأنشطة الاجتماعية - ضعف الصلاحيات الممنوحة للمعلمات في إقامة الأنشطة التطوعية التي تتعلق بمهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي. 3) موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة بدرجة استجابة "كبيرة" على السبل اللازمة لتفعيل دور معلمة رياض الأطفال في تنمية مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال في مدينة الرياض بمتوسط حسابي (2.35، من 2)، وتمثلت أبرز السبل في: "إحياء المناسبات الدينية للوقوف على النماذج السلوكية الإيجابية والعمل على ترسيخها لدى الأطفال - توفير البيئة التعليمية الداعمة لمهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي في رياض الأطفال - تأكيد المعلمات على أهمية تنمية مهارات التفاعل الاجتماعي لدى الأطفال من خلال أهدافهم التعليمية. The study aimed to identify the role of the kindergarten teacher in developing social interaction skills for children in the city of Riyadh and ways to activate it from the viewpoint of the kindergarten supervisors. Supervisor and was applied to the entire study community, and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for the study. The study reached the following results: 1) The approval of the study sample with a “great” response degree on the role of the kindergarten teacher in developing social interaction skills for children in the city of Riyadh with an arithmetic mean (2.68, out of 3). The most prominent roles were the spirit of order and law-abiding among children- the teacher spreads the principle of tolerance among children. 2) The approval of the study sample members with a “medium” response score on the obstacles that limit the role of the kindergarten teacher in developing social interaction skills for children in the city of Riyadh with an average of (2.25, out of 3). Weakness of the material incentives provided by the kindergarten administration to outstanding teachers in carrying out social activities - Weakness of the powers granted to teachers in setting up voluntary activities related to social interaction skills. 3) The approval of the study sample members with a “great” response score on the necessary ways to activate the role of the kindergarten teacher in developing social interaction skills for children in the city of Riyadh with an average of (2.35, out of 2), and the most prominent ways were: “Reviving religious occasions to find out behavioral models Positivity and work to consolidate it in children - Providing an educational environment that supports social interaction skills in kindergarten - Teachers emphasize the importance of developing children's social interaction skills through their educational goals.
