هدف البحث إلى تحديد أثر استخدام روبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية وتطبيق Microsoft Teams في تنمية مهارات إنتاج الصور الرقمية، لدى طلاب تكنولوجيا التعليم، وكذلك الكشف عن أثر الاختلاف بين نمطي التدريس في تنمية مهارات معالجة الصور الرقمية لدى عينة البحث، المكونة من (22) طالبا وطالبة بالفرقة الثالثة شعبة تكنولوجيا التعليم بكلية التربية جامعة السويس، وتم تقسيمهم بالتساوي إلى مجموعتين تجريبيتين، الأولى تدرس باستخدام روبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية، والثانية باستخدام Microsoft Teams، وللتحقق من ذلك قامت الباحثة بإعداد اختبار تحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات معالجة الصور الرقمية، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجانب الأدائي للمهارات، وتطبيقهم قبليا وبعديا على مجموعتي البحث. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية الأولى (التي درست باستخدام روبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية) ودرجات طلاب المجموعة الثانية (التي درست باستخدام تطبيق Microsoft Teams)، في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة ملاحظة مهارات معالجة الصور الرقمية، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الثانية والتي درست باستخدام Microsoft Teams. The current research aimed to determine the impact of using interactive chatbots and Microsoft Teams application in developing digital image production skills for students of the Education Technology Division, as well as revealing the impact of the difference between the two teaching styles in developing digital image processing skills for the research sample, consisting of (22) students. And a student in the third year, the Department of Education Technology, Faculty of Education, Suez University, and they were divided equally into two experimental groups, the first studying interactive chat bots, and the second using Microsoft Teams. To verify this, the researcher prepared an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of digital image processing skills, and an observation card to measure the performance aspect. skills, and applying them before and after on the two research groups. The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students in the two experimental groups in the post-measurement on the achievement test and the image processing skills observation card in favor of the second experimental group that studied with Microsoft Teams application.
