هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي دور صحائف التأمل والحوار التأملي في بناء فرق التآزر المهنية للطالبات المعلمات في محافظة القدس. استخدمت هذه الدراسة المنهج (المختلط) الكمي والنوعي للمجموعة الواحدة وتطبيق القياس القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة الواحدة، وبحساب المتوسطات الحسابية و(paired t-test). تكونت عينة الدراسة من 20 طالبة معلمة من تخصص تعليم المرحلة الأساسية ورياض أطفال في جامعة القدس، في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام (2017-2018) وفي الفصلين الدراسيين الأول والثاني من العام (2018-2019) وافقن على المشاركة في الدراسة، ووظفت في الدراسة استبانة الفرق التآزرية، وتحليل صحائف التأمل وملاحظة جلسات الحوار التأملي. وأظهرت النتائج أن الفروق في متوسطات فرق التآزر المهنية لدى الطالبات المعلمات في جامعة القدس تعزى لصحائف التأمل والحوار التأملي. كما بينت النتائج دور صحائف التأمل والحوار التأملي في المساعدة على بناء فرق التآزر بين الطلبة المعلمين. وثمن الطلبة المعلمون أهمية صحائف التأمل ودورها في مساعدتهم على مراجعة أعمالهم ودور الحوار التأملي في زيادة وعي الطالبات المعلمات نحو دورهن، ومشاركتهن للوصول إلى العمل المنتج والمبدع. This study aims to explore the role of reflective journals and reflective dialogue in building synergy teams for pre-service teachers in the Jerusalem governorate. The study used the quantitative and qualitative (mixed) approach for one group and applied of the pre and post measure of one group, by calculating the arithmetic averages and (paired t-test). The sample of the study consisted of 20 female students; majoring in primary education and kindergarten at Al-Quds University in the second semester of the year (2017-2018) and in the first and second semester of the year (2018-2019) and agreed to engage in the study. The study used several instruments: a questionnaire about the synergistic teams, the reflection journals, and analysis reflective dialogue sessions. The results showed that the differences in the averages of the professional synergistic teams among the pre-service teachers at Al-Quds University were attributed to the reflective journals and reflective dialogue sessions. Results also showed the role of the reflective journals and reflective dialogue sessions in helping to build synergistic teams among the pre-service teachers. Results showed that preservice teachers appreciated the importance of reflective journals in helping them to revise their work, and the important role of reflective journals and reflective dialogue in increasing the awareness of pre-service teachers toward their own role, and their contribution to reach productive and creative work.
