يهدف البحث إلى: 1) التعرف على مستوى المهارات الأساسية لدى لاعبي بعض أكاديميات كرة القدم بأعمار 12 – 14 سنة في مركز محافظة السليمانية. 2) وضع درجات معيارية وإيجاد مستويات معيارية للمهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم. وأستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المعدلات المعيارية وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث من لاعبي الأكاديميات الرياضية في محافظة السليمانية والبالغ عددهم (246) لاعبا يمثلون (10) أكاديميات وتم اختيار (101) لاعبا يمثلون (4) أكاديميات بطريقة عشوائية وبأسلوب القرعة، أما وسائل جمع المعلومات والبيانات تم الاعتماد على المصادر والمراجع لتحديد المهارات والاختبارات، وتم التأكد من المعاملات العلمية للاختبارات المختارة، وتم التعامل مع البيانات باعتماد الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS)، ومن أهم النتائج التي وصل إليها الباحثون هي: 1) وضع درجات معيارية للاختبارات الخاصة بالمتغيرات المهارية لعينة البحث. 2) وضع مستويات معيارية للاختبارات الخاصة بالمتغيرات المهارية لعينة البحث. وأوصى الباحثون بعدة توصيات منها: 1) اعتماد المعايير والمستويات المعيارية للاختبارات المهارية المبحوثة للاعبي أكاديميات كرة القدم للأعمار (12 – 14) سنة في مركز محافظة السليمانية من قبل المدربين والقائمين على هذه الأكاديميات. 2) تقويم مستوى اللاعبين في هذه الأكاديميات على ضوء المعايير والمستويات الجديدة. The research aims to: 1) Identify the level of basic skills among players of some football academies between the .ages of 12-14 years in the center of the Sulaymaniyah province. 2) Setting scores and finding standard levels of basic skills in football The researchers used the descriptive approach in the method of standard rates. The research community was determined by players of sports academies in Sulaimanya province, total number is 246 players, representing 10 academies, and 4 players have been selected randomly by lot method. The means used to collect date were the sources and references were used to determine the skills and tests, the scientific coefficients for the selected tests were confirmed, and the data were processed by using the statistical package (SPSS). The researchers concluded that: 1) Developing scores and standard levels for tests related to the skill variables of the research sample. 2) Setting standard levels of tests for the skill variables of the research sample. The researchers recommended several recommendations, including: 1) Adopting the standards and standard levels for the skill tests examined of the players of the football academies for ages (12-14) years in the center of Sulaimaniyah province by the coaches and the staff of these academies. 2) Evaluation of the level of players in these academies in the light of new standards and 2 levels.
