هدف البحث الحالي إلى محاولة الكشف عن آداب المعلم والمتعلم في كتابات الإمام عبد الوهاب الشعراني؛ للاستفادة منها في العملية التربوية وتقديم نموذج للمربي والمعلم الفاضل، وكذلك تقديم نموذج لما يجب أن يكون عليه الطالب ناحية معلمه وحرصه على الاستفادة منه ومن خبرته. وقد اعتمد البحث على بعض مؤلفات الإمام عبد الوهاب الشعراني، التي لها علاقة بموضوع البحث. وكذلك اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة البحث، مستعينا بأسلوب تحليل المحتوى. وتوصل البحث إلى أن للإمام عبد الوهاب الشعراني أفكارا وآراء تربوية فيما يخص آداب المعلم والمتعلم والعلاقة بينهما، ومن أهمها: تأكيد الإمام الشعراني على أن المعلم هو أساس العملية التعليمية، ولا يقتصر دوره على التلقين فقط بل هو مشرف ومرشد للعملية التعليمية، ولا بد أن تتوفر فيه صفات أساسية للقيام بدوره على أكمل وجه، وأن يكون حريصا دائما على التطوير المستمر لمهاراته، وأن يكون حريصا على مشاركة الطلاب في الإعداد للعملية التعليمية. والتأكيد على دور الطالب في العملية التعليمية، وضرورة احترامه وتقديره لمعلمه والحرص على تنمية القدرات والمهارات البحثية. كما حرص الإمام الشعراني على أن تسود علاقة المحبة والاحترام بين أهم طرفين في العملية التعليمة، المعلم والمتعلم، بحيث لا يقتصر دور المعلم على نقل المعرفة فقط؛ بل أن يجعل الطالب مقبلا ومحبا لعملية التعلم. The present study aimed at trying to reveal the manners of the teacher and the learner from the perspective of the writings of Imam Abd alWahhab al-Shaarani. To benefit from it in the educational process and to provide a model for the virtuous educator and teacher, as well as to provide a model for what the student should be towards his teacher and his eagerness to benefit from it and his experience. The study relied on some of Imam Abd al-Wahhab al-Shaarani’s books, which are related to the subject of the study. The study found that Imam Abd al-Wahhab al-Shaarani has educational ideas and opinions regarding the morals of the teacher and the learner and the relationship between them, and the most important of which are: Imam Shaarani's assertion that the teacher is the basis of the educational process, and his role is not limited to indoctrination only, but rather he is a supervisor and guide for the educational process. Participation of students in the preparation of the educational process. Emphasizing the role of the student in the educational process, the need to respect and appreciate his teacher, and the keenness to develop research capabilities and skills. Imam Shaarani was keen to ensure that the relationship of love and respect prevail between the two most important parties in the educational process, the teacher and the learner, so that the role of the teacher is not limited to transferring knowledge only. But it makes the student receptive and loving the learning process. (Published abstract)
