هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتدريب معلمي التربية الفنية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي بمنطقة القصيم على كفايات التعلم الرقمي، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات وكانت عينة الدراسة (186) معلما ومعلمة للتربية الفنية بالمدارس الحكومية بمنطقة القصيم بالمملكة العربية السعودية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من قائمة كفايات التعلم الرقمي، واستبانة احتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية الفنية، والبرنامج المقترح، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك خمس كفايات رئيسية يأتي تحتها (52) كفاية للتعلم الرقمي لازمة لمعلمي لتدريس التربية الفنية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسي، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن ارتفاع مستوي الاحتياجات التدريبية خصوص الاحتياجات التدريبية الخاصة بتصميم وتنفيذ وتقويم المقررات الرقمية، وفي ضوء الاحتياجات التدريبية لدى معلمي التربية عينة الدراسة لكفايات التعلم الرقمي تم تقديم تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي لتطوير كفايات لتعلم الرقمي اللازمة لتدريس التربية الفنية. The current study aimed to present a proposed concept for training art education teachers in the basic education stage in the Qassim region on the competencies of digital learning. The study followed the descriptive and analytical approach in collecting information and the study sample was (186) teachers of art education in government schools in the Qassim region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who were chosen randomly. The study tools consisted of a list of digital learning competencies, a questionnaire of training needs for art education teachers, and the proposed program The results of the study indicated that there are five main competencies that come under (52) adequacy for digital learning necessary for teachers to teach art education in the basic education stage, and the results of the study revealed a high level of training needs, especially training needs for the design, implementation and evaluation of digital courses, and in light of identifying training needs. Education teachers have the study sample for digital learning competencies. A proposed conception of a training program to develop digital learning competencies was presented to teach art education.
