هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل أدوار معلم التعليم الأساسي بمصر في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وأداة الاستبانة، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغ عددها (1084) فردا من موجهي ومديري ومعلمي التعليم الأساسي بمحافظات (القاهرة – الغربية – البحيرة - قنا)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها؛ أن متوسط الأوزان النسبية لدرجات استجابات عينة الدراسة على محاور الاستبانة تراوحت بين متوسطة وضعيفة، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى المحور الثاني: إكساب التلاميذ المهارات الحياتية، ثم في المرتبة الثانية المحور الأول: اكتشاف الإبداع وتنميته لدى تلاميذه، ثم في المرتبة الثالثة المحور الخامس: استخدام وتوظيف تكنولوجيا التعليم، ثم في المرتبة الرابعة المحور الثالث: إدارة قدرات التلاميذ من خلال التدريس المتمايز، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة المحور الرابع: إدارة وقت التعلم بكفاءة وفاعلية. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة على الاستبانة مجملة تبعًا لمتغيرات الموقع الجغرافي للمدرسة (ريف - حضر)، الحلقة (الأولى - الثانية)، نوع المدرسة (عام - رسمي)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد العينة على الاستبانة مجملة تبعا لمتغيرات الوظيفة (معلم -مدير - موجه)، التدرج في الكادر (معلم مساعد – معلم - معلم أول - معلم خبير - كبير معلمين)، وانتهت الدراسة إلى اقتراح تصور لتفعيل أدوار معلم التعليم الأساسي بمصر في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة. This study aimed to develop A proposed Vision to the roles of basic education teachers in Egypt based on the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It utilized the descriptive research via a questionnaire administered to a stratified random sample of (1084) supervisors, directors and basic education teachers in Cairo, Western, Beheira and Qena governorates. The results revealed that the average weights of the responses scores on the questionnaire dimensions ranged between medium and weak. The second dimension entitled “The students' acquisition of life skills” was the first in order, followed the discovery and development of creativity among students”, use and management of educational technology, managing students' abilities through differentiated instruction, and managing learning time efficiently and effectively, respectively. The results also revealed statistically significant differences between the participants according to the geographical area of the school (rural urban), school stage (primary - preparatory), type of school (public - official), job (teacher supervisor - director), rank (assistant teacher - teacher - senior teacher - expert teacher - head of teachers).
