استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على واقع التعليم الجامعي المصري، والتعرف على مفهوم الجامعة الريادية وأهدافها وأهميتها، وكذلك التعرفة على متطلبات التحول نحو صيغة الجامعة الريادية. واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي لدراسة المشكلة، وتوصل في نتائجه إلى أن الجامعة الريادية نموذج حاسم للابتكار في المجتمعات القائمة على المعرفة، تسعى إلى تطوير نموذج جديد لرأس المال البشري قادر على التكيف بسرعة مع التغيرات الموجودة في المجتمع، وكذلك معالجة التنمية المجتمعية والابتكار، وبالتالي ضمان الاستدامة الإقتصادية والتكنولوجية والبيئية. The current research aimed to identify the reality of Egyptian university education, and to identify the concept of the entrepreneurial university, its goals and its importance, as well as to identify the requirements for a shift towards the form of the entrepreneurial university, and the current research used the descriptive approach to study the problem, and found in its results that the entrepreneurial university is a critical model for innovation in societies based on Knowledge, seeks to develop a new model of human capital capable of adapting rapidly to the changes in society, as well as addressing societal development and innovation, thus ensuring economic, technological and environmental sustainability.
