يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين حب الحياة ومستوى الطموح الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طالبات جامعة الطائف، ومعرفة الفروق بين استجابة عينة الدراسة حول مستوى حب الحياة والطموح الأكاديمي تبعا لمتغير (التخصص الدراسي، الفئة العمرية)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (214) طالبة من طالبات جامعة الطائف مقسمين إلى (114) طالبة من كلية الشريعة والأنظمة، (100) طالبة من كلية الحاسبات وتقنية المعلومات، وطبق عليهم مقياس حب الحياة من إعداد أحمد عبد الخالق ومقياس مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي من إعداد صلاح أبو ناهية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى توفر مستوى مرتفع جدا من حب الحياة ومستوى متوسط من الطموح الأكاديمي، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة غير دالة إحصائيا بين حب الحياة وجميع أبعاد مستوى الطموح الأكاديمي ما عدا بعد واحد هو بعد (العقبات الدراسية ) فكان بينه وبين حب الحياة علاقة سلبية، كما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات الطالبات حول حب الحياة ومستوى الطموح الأكاديمي تعزى إلى متغير (التخصص الدراسي أو متغير الفئة العمرية). The current research aims to identify the relationship between love of live and the level of academic ambition of a sample of students from Taif University, and to know the differences between the response of the study sample about level of love of life and academic ambition depending on to the variable (academic specialization, age group). The sample of the study consisted of (214) female students divided into (114) female students from the college of Sharia and Regulation, (100) female students from the college of Computers and Information Technology. And the love of life scale and the level of academic ambition were applied to them, and the results of the study reached a high level of a love of life and a medium level of academic ambition, in addition to the existence of a statistically non-significant relationship between the love of life and all dimensions of the level of academic ambition except for one dimension which is after (academic obstacles), so there was a negative relationship between it and the love of live, and there are no statistically significant differences between the students responses about love of life and the level of academic ambition, they are attributed to a variable (academic specialization or age group variable).
