هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الارتباطية بين درجات المعلمين على مقياس سمة الصبر ودرجاتهم على مقياس أساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية، وكذلك الكشف عن الفرق بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين منخفضي ومرتفعي الخبرة على مقياسي سمة الصبر وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية، واعتمدت البحث على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (146) من معلمي الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم بفصول الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم الملحقة بمدارس التعليم بمنطقة الرياض، واعتمد البحث على مقياسي سمة الصبر وأساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لمعلمي الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم إعداد الباحثان، وأسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين درجات المعلمين على مقياس سمة الصبر ودرجاتهم على مقياس أساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين منخفضي ومرتفعي الخبرة على أبعاد الصبر على المدى القصير والصبر على المدى البعيد وكذلك الدرجة الكلية لصالح المعلمين مرتفعي الخبرة، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين منخفضي ومرتفعي الخبرة على مقياس أساليب مواجهة الضغوط النفسية لصالح المعلمين مرتفعي الخبرة. The aim of the research was to discover the nature of the correlative relationship between teachers’ scores on the patience trait scale and their scores on methods of coping skills with psychological stress scale, and to discover the difference between the average scores of low and high experiences of teachers of students with learning disabilities on the measures of the patience trait and methods of coping skills with psychological stress. The research was based on the relational descriptive approach to analyze the data. The research sample consisted of (146) teachers of students with learning disabilities who placed in general education schools in the Riyadh region. The results showed a positive correlation at a level of significance (0.01) between teachers ’scores on the patience trait scale and their scores on the methods of coping skills with psychological stress scale. In addition, there were statistically significant differences at (0.01) between the average grades of low and high experience of teachers on the dimensions of patience in the short term and patience in the long term and total score was for highly experienced teachers of students with learning disabilities. Also, there were statistically significant differences (0.01) between the average grades of low and high experience of teachers on the scale of methods of coping skills with psychological stress was highly for high experience teachers.
