هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على السلوك القيادي لمدیري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمین، والأثر للسلوك القيادي لمدیري المدارس على أداء المعلمین وهم محور العملیة التعلیمیة، والتعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالات الإحصائیة لأفراد العینة تبعا لمتغیرات الدراسة، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وطبقت الاستبانة على عینة من معلمین ومعلمات مدارس التعلیم الثانوي بدولة الكویت للعام الدراسي (2019-2020)، بلغ قوامها (504) معلم ومعلمة، بلغ عدد المعلمین (258)، والمعلمات (246)، وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مدیري المدارس للسلوك القيادي جاءت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابی كلی بلغ (3.73)، وأن أثر السلوك القيادي لمدیري المدارس على أداء المعلم جاءت مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابی كلی بلغ (3.93)، إن استجابات أفراد العینة على هذه الفقرات تؤشر على أن أثر السلوك القيادي للمدراء المدارس یظهر على أداء المعلم فی رفع الروح المعنویة والنمو المهنی وفی حل المشكلات التی تواجه المعلمین، و تبین بوجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة بین الجنس بالأبعاد والدرجة الكلیة فقد جاءت مستوى دلالة قیمة (ت) أقل من .05 مما یعني تأثیر للجنس تجاه الذكور، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة بین التخصص بالدرجة الكلیة فقد جاءت مستوى دلالة قیمة (ت) أقل من (0.5) مما یعني تأثیر للتخصص تجاه تخصص (أدبي) فیما لم تكن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة بالأبعاد، وتبین بوجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائیة بین المؤهل العلمي والدرجة الكلیة فقد جاءت مستوى دلالة قیمة (ت) أقل من (0,5). This study aimed to identify the leadership behavior of school principals from the point of view of teachers, and the impact of the leadership behavior of school principals on the performance of teachers and they are the focus of the educational process, and to identify the differences with statistical implications for the individuals of the sample according to the changes of the study, and followed the study descriptive curriculum. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of secondary school teachers in Kuwait for the academic year (2019-2020), with a strength of (504) teachers, the number of teachers (258) and female teachers (246), and the results showed that the practice of school principals for leadership behavior was high with a total arithmetic average of (3.73), and that the impact of the leadership behavior of school principals on the performance of the teacher was high with a total mathematical average of (3.93), the responses of the sample members on these paragraphs indicate that the impact of the leadership behavior of school principals shows that on the performance of the teacher in raising morale and professional growth and in solving the problems facing teachers. The study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the (t) value between the sexes in dimensions and the overall degree from (0,5). (Published abstract)
