هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تطوير كليات التربية بمصر في ضوء متطلبات تطبيق معايير بالدريج للتميز التعليمي، مما تطلب تحديد معايير يتم الاستناد إليها ومتطلبات تطبيقها، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة قوامها (97) متمثلة في عمداء ووكلاء ورؤساء أقسام وأساتذة ومديري مشاريع ووحدات الجودة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عِدة نتائج من أهمها أن متطلبات تطبيق معايير بالدريج للتميز التعليمي لتطوير كليات التربية جاءت مهمة بدرجة كبيرة لجميع محاور الاستبانة (القيادة، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، التركيز على المستفيدين، تحليل المعلومات وتقييم الأداء، الموارد البشرية، العمليات، النتائج)، كما جاء توافر هذه المتطلبات بدرجة متوسطة، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة في كافة محاور الاستبانة في درجة أهمية للاستبانة ككل، وكل محور من محاورها تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة الإدارية لصالح من (يشغل وظيفة إدارية)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة توافر متطلبات تطبيق معايير بالدريج لتميز الأداء التعليمي لتطوير كليات التربية على أداة الدراسة ككل وفي كل محور من محاورها تعزى لمتغير حالة الكلية، وأخيرا تم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير كليات التربية في ضوء متطلبات تطبيق معايير بالدريج للتميز التعليمي. This study aimed to develop faculties of education in Egypt in light the requirements of Baldirge framework to distinguish educational performance. Therefore, the requirements for applying the criteria to educational excellence were determined. The study followed the descriptive analytical method. In the current study, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 97participants consisting of deans, vice deans, heads of departments, professors, managers of projects and quality units. The study's most important results have proved that the requirements of developing faculties of education in the light of Badirge framework to distinguish educational performance came very important to all axes of the questionnaire (leadership, strategic planning, focus on beneficiaries, information analysis and performance assessment, human resources, operations and results). In addition, the requirements of developing faculties of education in light of Baldirge approach to distinguish educational performance were found at a medium degree. The results of the current study revealed that (1) there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the response rates of the study participants in all the axes of the questionnaire as a whole, and each of its axes attributed to the variable of the administrative function in favor of those who (occupy an administrative job). (2) There were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the response rates of the study participants about the degree of availability of the requirements for applying criteria in the degree to distinguishing educational performance to develop faculties of education on the study instrument as a whole and in each of its axes separately due to the variable of (the state of the faculty). Finally, a proposed suggestion was developed to develop faculties of education in light of the requirements for applying criteria for educational excellence. (Published abstract)
