هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على كفايات عضو هيئة التدريس في عصر التعلم الذكي للوصول إلى عضو هيئة التدريس الفائق. تطرقت الدراسة إلى التعلم الذكي والتدريس الفعال وعضو هيئة التدريس، وما هي الصفات الجيدة التي يجب أن يتصف بها، وما هي كفاياته العلمية، وكيف يكتسب التكوين العلمي والثقافي .اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وخرجت الدراسة بنتائج مفادها الاهتمام بكفايات عضو هيئة التدريس. لأنه يمثل أساسا من أسس البناء الجامعي . ويفترض أن يكون معدا إعداداً علمياً (متخصصاً) ومتمكنا في حقل تخصصه، وبالتالي قادراً على القيام بواجباته تجاه طلابه وقيادة تفكيرهم في عصر التعلم الذكي الذي يتصف بالمرونة والتفاعل والحيوية والذكاء. لذا أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام عضو هيئة التدريس بكفاياته العلمية. وتوفير كل المقومات التي تساعده لتنمية مهاراته وتطوير قدراته حتى يكون قادراً على مواجهة كل التغيرات في عصر التعلم الذكي المتصف بالذكاء والحيوية والمرونة حتى نصل لعضو هيئة التدريس الفائق. The main objective to this study was identified the competencies of the faculty member in the environments of intelligent learning, this study responds to this need through exploring the Intelligent learning, effective teaching, a faculty member, to find out what good qualities he must have, what is his scientific competences? and how to acquire his scientific and intercultural training. The descriptive method is used, the results were: attention should be given to the competencies of the faculty member, supposed to be trained in his field of specialization to be able to lead his students' thinking in the environments of intelligent learning, the study recommended that: the faculty member should pay attention to his scientific competencies, and provide all the ingredients that help him develop his skills, and capabilities so that he will be able to face all the changes in the environments of intelligent learning, which characterized by vitality, and flexibility, to reach the superior faculty member.
