The aim of this research is to study the phenomenon of levels in science, the Noble Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon its owner, and to suggest educational and social applications for it, addressing the educational and social reality in Iraq and the rest of the countries that have suffered from wars and their bad results. The researcher recommended the responsible authorities to study the research and work on applying it as an incentive for reform and a step for reconstruction in the service of society and the educational process, and suggested completing the study of the subject with its various aspects and its many branches.
