هدف البحث إلى تعرف فاعلية برنامج قائم على الحكمة لتنمية مهارة حل المشكلات الصفية لدى طلبة كلية التربية شعبة علم النفس، تكونت عينة البحث من 60 طالب وطالبة من الفرقة الثالثة شعبة علم النفس موزعين إلى مجموعتين أحدهما ضابطة والأخرى تجريبية، كل مجموعة تتكون من (30 طالب)، ويبلغ متوسط أعمارهم (18.5)، واستخدم البحث مقياسي مهارة حل المشكلات الصفية، ومقياس الحكمة لاختيار العينة، ومقياس الحكمة للتقويم التكويني لجلسات البرنامج من إعداد الباحثة، وبرنامج قائم على ممارسة الحكمة بمهاراتها الثمانية، وكتيب "أمارس الحكمة أو لا أمارسها ولماذا؟" (إعداد الباحثة)، وأكدت نتائج البحث على أنه توجد فاعلية للبرنامج القائم على الحكمة في تنمية مهارة حل المشكلات الصفية لدى طلبة كلية التربية من الفرقة الثالثة شعبة علم النفس والتي اتضحت من وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي على مقياس مهارة حل المشكلات الصفية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. This research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a program based on wisdom to develop class-problems solving of students who were enrolled in third department psychology of faculty education. Participants included 60 students their average age (18,5), they were divided into two basic groups (one control and the other experimental), thirty students each. Measures of this research included 3 measures prepared by the researcher: a scale of skill of class-problems solving, a scale of wisdom for diagnostic and formative evaluation and a program-based practice of skills of wisdom to develop skill of class- problems solving of the experimental group by using module (practice wisdom or not and why?) The results of research assured that: there is effectiveness of the program based on skills of wisdom based on a statistically significant difference between the means scores of the experimental group and that of the control group on the post-test of the class-solving problems scale.
