يشير واقع تدريس مقررات التدريبات المهنية في تخصص الزخرفة بالمدرسة الثانوية الصناعية، إلى أن المناهج تركز على المعرفة لذاتها دون استغلال الإمكانات العقلية للطلاب في معالجة وتشغيل المعرفة وتوظيفها. ومن خلال إطلاع الباحث على عدد من البحوث والدراسات السابقة وجد أنها تؤكد على نمطية عملية التدريس المتبع في تعليم المواد التكنولوجية بشقيها النظري والعملي، وأنها تعتمد على ثقافة الإيداع، ولا تهتم بثقافة الإبداع. لذا تتمثل مشكلة البحث في: تدني مهارات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات لدى طلاب تخصص الزخرفة والإعلان بالمدرسة الثانوية الصناعية، مما يستلزم ضرورة البحث عن طرق واستراتيجيات تدريس تستهدف تنميتها لديهم. لذا هدف البحث إلى: تنمية مهارات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات المهنية لدى هؤلاء الطلاب، ومن إجراءات البحث: 1) تحديد مهارات ومكونات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات المطلوب تنميتها لدى الطلاب. 2) اختيار المحتوى العلمي وإعداد دليل المعلم وفقا للتنظيم الذاتي. 3) بناء أداة البحث وضبطها. 4) تحديد عينة البحث الأساسية وتقسيمها إلى مجموعتين (تجريبية وضابطة). 5) تطبيق أداة البحث قبليا على أفراد العينة. 6) تدريس وحدة (الدهانات) لطلاب المجموعة التجريبية باستخدام التنظيم الذاتي، وبالطريقة المعتادة لطلاب المجموعة الضابطة. 7) تطبيق أداة البحث بعديا على أفراد العينة. 8) معالجة البيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. ولقد توصل هذا البحث إلى عدة نتائج منها: أنه يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في التطبيق البعدي لاختبار الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات ككل وفي مهاراته الفرعية كلا على حدة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما أنه يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية في التطبيقين القلبي والبعدي لاختبار الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات ككل وفي مهاراته الفرعية كلا على حدة لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وهذا يؤكد على أن للتنظيم الذاتي تأثير كبير على تنمية الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في مقرر التدريبات المهنية لطلاب الصف الثاني تخصص الزخرفة والإعلان بالمدرسة الثانوية الصناعية. ومن أهم التوصيات: وضع الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في بؤرة اهتمام مصممي ومخططي المناهج الدراسية سواء عند إعدادها أو تدريسها بهدف تنمية قدرة الطلاب على الاكتشاف والإبداع. ضرورة تدريب المعلمين على استخدام الاستراتيجيات الحديثة ومنها التنظيم الذاتي في التدريس ليصبح المتعلم مشارك فعال في العملية التعليمية. The reality of teaching professional training courses in the decoration specialization in the industrial secondary school indicates that the curricula focus on knowledge for themselves without exploiting the mental capabilities of students in processing, operating and employing knowledge. By informing the researcher of a number of previous researches and studies, he found that it emphasizes the modularity of the teaching process followed in teaching technological subjects, both theoretical and practical, and that it depends on the culture of filing, and is not concerned with the culture of creativity. Therefore, the research problem is represented in: The low creative skills of the problems among students who specialize in decoration and advertising in the industrial secondary school, which necessitates the necessity of searching for teaching methods and strategies aimed at developing them. So the aim of the research is to: 1) Develop the skills of the creative solution to the professional problems of these students, and among the research procedures: Determine the skills and components of the creative solution to the problems required to be developed by the students - Selecting the scientific content and preparing the teacher's guide according to the self-organization - building and controlling the research tool - defining the basic research sample and dividing it to two groups (experimental and controlling) - applying the research tool prior to the individual sample - teaching the unit (paints) to students of the experimental group using the Self-Regulated Learning, and in the usual way for students of the control group - applying the research tool on the dimension of the sample members - data processing Bass Using appropriate statistical methods. This research has reached several results, including: There is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group and the control group in the dimensional application of testing the creative solution to the problems as a whole and in its sub-skills separately for the experimental group. There is also a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of students of the experimental group in the pre and post applications to test the creative solution to the problems as a whole and in its sub-skills separately for the benefit of the post application. This confirms that self-regulated learning has a major impact on the development of the creative solution to the problems in the professional training course for second-graders, specializing in decoration and advertising in the industrial secondary school. Among the most important recommendations: Putting the creative solution to the problems in the focus of attention of the curriculum designers and planners, whether when preparing or teaching them in order to develop students' ability to discover and create - the need to train teachers to use modern strategies, including self-regulated learning in teaching, so that the learner becomes an effective participant in the educational process.
