استهدف البحت الكشف عن علاقة المسؤولية الاجتماعية بكل من التوافق الوظيفي وجودة الحياة لدى المعلمين بالتعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية. والكشف عن الفروق لدى المعلمين بالتعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية مرتفعي ومنخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية في التوافق الوظيفي وفي جودة الحياة. ومن أجل ذلك الهدف قامت الباحثة باختيار عينة البحث قوامها (50) معلما ومعلمة من معلمات التعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية في مدى عمري (32-47) سنة. وتضمنت أدوات البحث مقياس المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومقياس التوافق الوظيفي ومقياس جودة الحياة وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود ارتباط دال بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأبعادها: (المسؤولية الذاتية/ الشخصية، المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية، المسؤولية تجاه الآخرين - المسؤولية تجاه المجتمع والوطن) والدرجة الكلية مع التوافق الوظيفي لدى المعلمين بالتعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية وجميع معاملات الارتباط موجبة. ووجود ارتباط دال بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأبعادها (المسؤولية الذاتية/ الشخصية، المسؤولية الدينية والأخلاقية، المسؤولية تجاه الآخرين، المسؤولية تجاه المجتمع والوطن) والدرجة الكلية مع جودة الحياة وأبعادها (الرضا عن الأسرة، الرضا عن الأصدقاء، الرضا عن المدرسة، الرضا عن البيئة المحيطة، الرضا عن الذات) الدرجة الكلية لدى المعلمين بالتعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية وجميع معاملات الارتباط موجبة. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين بالتعليم العام بالمملكة العربية السعودية مرتفعي ومنخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية في التوافق الوظيفي، حيث كانت جميع قيم "ت" دالة عند مستوى 0.01. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات المعلمين بالتعليم العام في المملكة العربية السعودية مرتفعي ومنخفضي المسؤولية الاجتماعية في جودة الحياة وأبعادها (الرضا عن الأسرة، الرضا عن الأصدقاء، الرضا عن البيئة المحيطة، الرضا عن الذات، الرضا عن المدرسة) الدرجة الكلية لصالح مرتفعي المسؤولية الاجتماعية حيث كانت جميعها دالة عند مستوى 0.01 لوصول قيمة "ت" لحد الدلالة المقبولة إحصائيا. This research aims to uncover the relation of social responsibility with both of functional appropriateness and the quality of life for general education teachers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the differences of low and high social responsibility general education teachers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia concerning functional appropriateness and life quality. Thus, the researcher selected the research sample of (50) female and male general education teachers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged between 32 - 47. Research tools included the scale of social responsibility, functional appropriateness and life quality. Results: A significant relation between social responsibility and its dimensions (individual/personal responsibility, ethical and religious responsibility, responsibility towards others - responsibility towards the society and the homeland) is found. Also, total degree with functional appropriateness for general education teachers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all correlation coefficients are positive. Also, a significant relation between social responsibility and its dimensions (individual/personal responsibility, ethical and religious responsibility, responsibility towards others - responsibility towards the society and homeland) is found. Also, total degree with life quality and its dimensions (family satisfaction, friend satisfaction, school satisfaction, satisfaction with surrounding environment, self-satisfaction) total degree of general education teachers in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all correlation coefficients are positive. There are statistically significant differences between means of low and high social responsibility general education teachers' grades concerning functional appropriateness as all values "t" significance at the 0.01 level. There are statistically significant differences between means of low and high social responsibility general education teachers' grades concerning life quality and its dimensions (family satisfaction, friend satisfaction, school satisfaction, satisfaction with surrounding environment, self-satisfaction) total degree for high social responsibility as all of them are significant at the 0.01 level so that the value "t" can reach the statistically approved significance limit.
