هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على مراكز التعلم لتنمية الممارسات العلمية المتعلقة بمعايير العلوم للجيل القادم (NGSS) والتفكير السابر لدى الطلاب معلمي العلوم بكلية التربية، ولمعرفة أثر المتغير المستقل (البرنامج التدريبي) على المتغيرات التابعة (الممارسات العلمية المتعلقة بمعايير العلوم للجيل القادم (NGSS) والتفكير السابر) طبقت أدوات البحث (اختبار الجانب المعرفي للممارسات العلمية وبطاقة ملاحظة الجانب الأدائي للممارسات العلمية، مقياس التفكير السابر) على عينة من الطلاب المعلمين بكلية التربية بالغردقة، وبلغ عددهم (28) طالبا وطالبة بالفرقة الرابعة تخصص علوم، وقد تبين من نتائج البحث أن هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بالغردقة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في الأداء على اختبار وبطاقة ملاحظة الممارسات العلمية ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.01) بين متوسطي درجات الطلاب المعلمين بالفرقة الرابعة (تخصص علوم) بكلية التربية بالغردقة في القياس القبلي البعدي في الأداء على مقياس التفكير السابر ككل لصالح القياس البعدي وقد تم تقديم بعض التوصيات ومنها: تقويم وتطوير برامج إعداد المعلم في كليات التربية في ضوء الممارسات العلمية المتعلقة بمعايير تعلم العلوم للجيل القادم NGSS، تدريب أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات على استخدام مراكز التعلم وفقا لنظام التعلم الهجين، الاهتمام بتنمية الممارسات العلمية والهندسية والتفكير السابر لدى الطلاب معلمي العلوم. The present research aimed to deter min the effectiveness of a training program based on learning centers on developing the scientific practices of the next generation Science standards (NGSS) and the probe thinking of the science teachers 'students at the Faculty of Education. In order to investigate the effect of the independent variable (training program) on the dependent variables (science practices and probe thinking), the research instruments (a scientific practices test, an observation card and a probe thinking scale) were applied on (28) fourth year students at the Faculty of Education. Results of the research revealed the following outcomes: There were statistically significant differences at (0.01) level between the mean scores of the science teachers’ students at Hurghada Faculty of Education in the pre/post test and in the observation card of the scientific practices in favor of the post application. Moreover, there were statistically significant differences at the (0.01) level between the mean scores of the science teachers’ students at Hurghada Faculty of Education in the pre/post measurement of the probe thinking scale in favor of post measurement. Recommendations: Evaluating and developing teacher’s preparation programs at the Faculties of Education in light of the scientific practices of the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), training the faculty members in the universities on using learning centers according to the hybrid learning system, developing the scientific and engineering practices and the proactive thinking of the science teachers’ students.
