هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى توافر معايير جودة تعليم ورعاية الطلبة الموهوبين لدى معلمي مدارس محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء بعض نماذج الولايات المُتحدة الأمريكية ، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (114) من مُديري المدارس ومساعديهم. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى توافر معايير جودة تعليم ورعاية الطلبة الموهوبين لدى معلمي مدارس محافظة جنوب الباطنة بسلطنة عُمان في ضوء بعض نماذج الولايات المُتحدة الأمريكية جاء عالياً بصورة إجمالية، كما جاء عالياً أيضاً في مجالات: نمو المتعلم والفروق الفردية، ومعارف محتوى المناهج، والتقييم، وتخطيط التدريس واستراتيجياته، والتعلم المهني والممارسات الأخلاقية، والتعاون، بينما جاء متوسطاً في بُعد بيئات التعلم ، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقديرات عينة الدراسة من مُديري المدارس ومساعديهم عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تُعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس ولصالح الذكور، والمؤهل العلمي ولصالح ماجستير فأعلى، وسنوات الخبرة ولصالح من 10 سنوات فأكثر، والمسمى الوظيفي ولصالح مُدير مساعد. School Principal -Ministry of Education- Sultanate of Oman The present study aimed to identify the availability level of quality learning and caring gifted student’s standards among school teachers in the Governorate of South Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of some USA models, study used a descriptive method, also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (114) principals. The results of the study showed that the availability level of quality learning and caring gifted student’s standards among school teachers in the Governorate of South Al Batinah in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of some USA models was came generally high degree; They also came high degree of dimensions: Learner growth and individual differences, curriculum content knowledge, assessment, instruction planning and strategies, professional learning and ethical practices and collaboration; While it was moderate in the learning environments dimension; The results also revealed that there are statistically significant differences between the moderate rating of the study sample of school principals and their assistants at the level (α ≤ 0.05) due to gender variables in favor of males, Scientific qualification in favor of a master’s degree and above, years of experience in favor of 10 years or more, job title and in favor of a principal assistant.
