هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج مقترح قائم على الذكاءات المتعددة في تنمية بعض مهارات التحدث لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الإبتدائي ولتحقيق هذه الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج التجريبي بناء على أهداف الرسالة وأسئلتها وتكونت عينة عشوائية من طلاب الصف الرابع الإبتدائي بمدرسة من المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة الدرب، بينما تمثلت أداة الدراسة في اختبار مهارات التحدث للصف الرابع الإبتدائي قام الباحث بإعداده، أما الأسلوب الإحصائي فقد استخدم الباحث التكرارات والنسب المئوية، والمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار T-Test، لدلالة الفروق بين متوسطات درجات المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لاختبار مهارات التحدث، ومعادلة كوبر، ومربع إيتا. وقد توصلت البحث الحالي إلى النتائج التالية: 1) فعالية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات التحدث لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الإبتدائي. 2) فعالية البرنامج في تنمية مهارات التحدث لدى تلاميذ الصف الرابع الإبتدائي كل مهارة على حدة. أوصت الدراسة بالتركيز على الجانب الشفهي للغة؛ وذلك بتدريب التلاميذ على مهارات التحدث من خلال جميع فروع مادة اللغة العربية، عقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين والقائمين على العملية التعليمية لنشر نظرية الذكاءات المتعددة، والعمل على تطبيق مبادئها في النظام التعليمي، العمل على توعية معلمي اللغة العربية والمواد المختلفة بأهمية نظرية الذكاءات المتعددة، واستراتيجيات وأنشطة التدريس القائمة عليها، وكيفية تطبيقها في تنفيذ الدروس لإشراك جميع التلاميذ في الحصة، إعادة النظر في منهج اللغة العربية من حيث الأهداف والمحتوى، بحيث يضمن أنشطة لكل الذكاءات في المنهج. The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of the program proposal based on multiple intelligences in the development of some of the skills to talk to the fourth graders. To achieve this study, the researcher using the experimental method Binaaly objectives of the message and questions, and formed a random sample of students from the fourth grade of primary school from primary schools province path, while represented study tool to test the skills to talk to the fourth grade of primary researcher has prepared, and the statistical method, the researcher used duplicates the percentages and averages, standard deviations, and test the T-Test, the significance of differences between the mean scores of the control and experimental groups in the application of the pre and post test speaking skills, and the equation of Cooper, and box ETA. The current research findings to the following results: 1) The effectiveness of the program in the development of speaking skills among fourth graders. 2) Effectiveness of the program in the development of speaking skills among fourth graders each skill separately. 3) No impact strategies based on multiple intelligences in the development of speaking skills. The study recommended a number of recommendations: In light of the results presented earlier can develop a set of recommendations, will help in the recruitment of these results and taking in the field of teaching the Arabic language, and these recommendations are: 1) Focus on the oral language; by training students on speaking skills through all branches of the Arabic language. 2) training sessions for teachers and those in charge of the educational process for the dissemination of the theory of multiple intelligences, and work on the application of its principles in the educational system. 3) Work on educating teachers of the Arabic language and the importance of various materials theory of multiple intelligences, and teaching strategies and activities based on them, and how they are applied in the implementation of the lessons to engage all students in the class. 4) Reconsider the Arabic language curriculum in terms of objectives and content; activities to include in the curriculum for all intelligences.
